Extremely small rooms, small bathrooms that are very "tired" already. No Airconditioning, no space to even open up a suitcase, never mind storing clothing for the duration of your stay. The hallways smell bad, due to a scent that is automatically dispensed. The common areas are overloaded with furniture of a German brand "Riviera Maison" it looks more like a show room. The bar is cute but more like a common area of a youth hostel. The staff is generally friendly but a little too comfortable in addressing guests the way I would address a buddy. Most rooms also don't have fridges. The breakfast is good and compared to the actual room rate, it's a deal. The price we paid for the room was close to outrages for what was offered. With no A/C towels don't dry and everything is humid and wet. Towels are also not exchanged. Beds are made but rooms are not fully cleaned on a daily basis.

A late summer evening at the Baltic Sea with a California feeling: windy, a bit sunny, friendly staff, nice beer and a small menu with an appealing food selection: Not the best I've ever eaten, but good and relatively inexpensive.

Stylish hotel directly at the beach and opposite to the 'Seebrücke' of Heiligenhafen; convenient parking and a COVID test center right in front of the hotel. Very casual and friendly atmosphere, nice restaurant (New England style) but with a limited menu, and a wonderful indoor spa with pool (for a surcharge, must be booked in advance). Rooms are on the small side, but many have balconies facing the sea. We booked a Junior Suite which was more spacious and tastefully decorated, but were surprised that there was no safe, and no air condition (which can be a problem on hot days, as you can't keep the windows open in the evenings due to the outside noise). All in all a lovely stay, but we preferred the sister hotel in Busum. That said, if you want to be right at the beach - and pay for it - this place is hard to beat.

Super schönes Hotel. Sehr kinder- und hundefreundlich. Das Frühstück hat tolle vegetarische und vegane Speisen. Lediglich die Abendkarte ist etwas dürftig. Das Interieur hat uns sehr angesprochen. Wir hatten die Pad Suite und wir würden sie wieder wählen. Der direkte Meerblick und das offene und geschmackvolle Design war genau unsers. Alle Mitarbeiter waren besonders freundlich und bemüht. Wir kommen wieder.

Moin! Wir sind schon mehrmals im Beachmotel Heiligenhafen gewesen und waren immer sehr begeistert! Die Mitarbeitenden, egal im welchem Bereich, sind der Hammer! Immer hilfsbereit, offen und super freundlich! Dieses Jahr sind wir das erste Mal mit unserem 8 Monate alten Hund dort gewesen und ein weiteres Mal positiv überwältigt! Neben einem kleinen Begrüßungs-Snack auf dem Zimmer gibt es an den Eingängen überall Wasser-Näpfe und Möglichkeiten, die Pfoten vom Sand zu befreien. Zudem konnten wir unseren Hund ohne Probleme mit zum Frühstück nehmen und hatten nie das Gefühl, dass er hier nicht willkommen sei! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt für ein tolles Konzept mit noch tolleren Leuten! Vielen lieben Dank und bis bald! Robert mit Familie und Winston

Ein sehr schönes Konzept- angepasst an Strandhotels der amerikanischen Ostküste. Alles trotzdem nie aufdringlich, coole Mitarbeiter, saubere Unterkunft mit einem guten Blick auf alles notwendige und das kleine bisschen mehr. Der Ort Heiligenhafen konnte nicht besser als Standort gewählt werden. Wir waren 3 Tage im Beach Hotel und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Bis bald

Nach gut 1 1/2 Jahren sind mein Hund und ich wieder zu Gast im Beach Motel Heiligenhafen gewesen. Hunde sind hier absolut willkommen und die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar. Zur Begrüßung standen 2 Näpfe, Kotbeutel und Leckerli im Zimmer bereit. Das Bett ist bequem und der Blick auf die Ostsee läßt den Urlaub direkt beginnen. An allen Eingängen finden sich kleine Handtücher zur Pfotenreinigung. Auch zum Frühstück darf man den Hund mitnehmen. Das Frühstücksangebot dürfte für den Preis allerdings etwas mehr bieten wie z.B. Eierspeisen nach Wunsch, div. Säfte etc. Auch Espressotassen wären schön. Trotzdem gibt das freundliche Personal alles, um diese kleinen Mankos auszugleichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Beach Motel ist absolute Klasse. Die Mitarbeiter sind 1a, egal ob Rezeption, Bar, SPA, Reinigungskräfte oder die Küche. Das Beach Motel ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und direkt am Strand und der Seebrücke klasse gelegen. Wir waren jetzt zum 2.Mal dort und im März geht es mit zwei Freunden wieder nach Heiligenhafen. Weiterer Pluspunkt: Auch eure Fellnasen(zumindest Hunde) sind herzlich willkommen

Interessante Architektur, treppauf, treppab, verschachtelt und somit nicht stereotyp, wenn auch für Rollis und Gehbehinderte völlig ungeeignet. Die Möblierung in der Lounge wirkt bewusst rustikal - gemütlich und ein bisschen wie vom Sperrmüll, aber das schafft durchaus ne spannende Atmosphäre. Der Sinn einer Glastür zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich im Zimmer erschliesst sich mir nicht wirklich. Wer möchte denn seinen Partner auf der Schüssel beobachten? Immerhin kann man einen Sichtschutz dazwischen schieben. Das Zimmer war ansonsten ok, das Boxspringbett bequem. Frühstück und Restauration wqren tadellos. Wir waren zu einer Tagung da, fanden uns dabei gut unterstützt und lecker verköstigt. Die Lage am Wasser ist schön und sehr ruhig. Mir bleibt das Motel in guter Erinnerung.
