The toilet was blocked I was told they got contractors in emptying the pipes which was a lie. All night the toilet was making noises was blocked then the shower water wasn’t going down so the bath was filling up. When asked to see manager I was told no manager. At 11:00 they said I can change room which wasn’t any use as 1200 check out. Up till midnight I was keep having to go to reception to tell them the toilet isn’t working. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks I email to complain I’ve not had a reply. I’m a regular customer as I go there weekly.

The location is very good, just a walking distance to tube station makes it very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room are decent, cleaniless is acceptable. I would like to give a 5 star rating for their breakfast, good quality and decent varities. Will be good if have some different varities everyday as we stayed 5 days and eating the same food everyday. Anyway, the food is tasty

On arrival the receptionist was not welcoming as other premier inns. During my two-night stay, I experienced maintenance issues with the room, namely NO WATER on the morning of 30th November and NO HOT WATER on the morning of 1st December. I requested another room but was told there was none available. This lack of basic facilities significantly impacted the quality of my stay and fell short of the standards I expect from Premier Inns. I and my wife were unable to shower or wash properly on two consecutive mornings.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Premier Inn Hayes Hyde Park during my recent stay with my family. We checked out on Sunday after a bad breakfast. The food was served cold and poorly cooked, and the juice wasn't at the right temperature either. Unfortunately, my kids fell ill shortly after eating, which was incredibly concerning. The lack of care in food preparation is unacceptable, and the reception staff were not equipped to handle guest concerns effectively. I cannot recommend this hotel to families, as it’s clear that they need to invest in qualified chefs and improve their customer service. Attention to food safety and guest experience is essential, and this hotel falls short in both areas.
