The hotel was very clean , the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect close to pizza shop, Dunkin’s, restaurant and so much more.

I had a very wonderful experience at the Hampton inn in Haverhill. The a**osphere is so relaxed, and it's very clean, and the service was just outstanding! I am both deaf and have difficulty with my legs, and everybody was so helpful to me. It was wonderful to take a bath in the handicapped accessible bathtub! I haven't been able to take a real bath in years! I will be sure to bring my bath salts the next time around, LOL! And the breakfast was to die for, waffles, omelets, fresh fruit, and the coffee was perfect. I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton inn, but this was an exceptional stay. I just became a Hilton rewards client, and I plan to be staying at Hampton inns a lot in the next year as I travel. Thank you so much for the service you provided.

Front desk staff were great. Room was good. They were renovating about half of the floor we were on. Looked a little like a construction zone. But they keep the noise down. Kept things as clean as possible. Would stay here again.

Can’t go wrong staying at a Hampton Inn. Rooms very comfortable, breakfast excellent and love the fresh baked cookies upon arrival and the open coffee bar, staff more than helpful.

The staff isn't pleasant. No smiles, no thank you.. NADA.
However, this room was great. Very spacious, clean, quiet and great location. The breakfast was so so but hey, better than paying somewhere else. Nice location and easy parking. It's a good choice if you want to stay just outside of Boston and this hotel isn't far from the airport. 30-40mins tops to be away but not too far. Bring your own drinks! Their vending machine is a rip off... $4 for a small bottle of Coke... YIKES!
