Фотографии не соответствуют реальности, на фото и в условиях есть бассейн, по факту его там нет. На завтрак подают только хлеб с не вкусной колбасой.

В комнате нет розеток, где можно заряжать телефоны, а также нет переходников, заряжала на ресепшене.
Вай-Фай дали на 1 час, судя по инструкции, и то я не смогла его подключить.
Приветственный напиток не дали. Когда спустилась вниз спросить про переходник увидела других гостей, которых угостили, теперь в моем сердечке дырка.
Комната была без окон, но с двумя ванными комнатами.
Расположение хорошее, пешком добралась до всех достопримечательностей старого города.
Были муравьи в комнате.

Having read a couple of bad reviews I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning was efficient. Breakfast was lovely, not a buffet but there was fruit, omelette,cheese and bread. I didn't buy any drinks in the hotel although there are 2 bars.
Location is close to the rum museum and San Jose market and a short walk to old square.
The staff I met were really friendly and polite.

Вид на бухту с рассветом в деревянные ставки с балкона
На террасе вид на купола Казанского собора. Казанского J!
Все остальное очень скромно.
Хорошее место переночевать и бродить по городу
Для постановочных фото и инста сетов
Для ощущения вкуса Гаваны времен испанского королевства и колоний
Громко кричать с площади : Галя, покажи & %₽@

1.到達這家酒店後，被告知沒有我訂的套房房型，叫我去另外一家“不遠”的酒店（名叫Raquel），給了我一張地圖，結果我拎着行李找了二十多分鐘吧，幸虧我手機還有離線地圖。
2.到達RAQUEL酒店後，人家説前台去吃飯了，在那的人説自己是個保安，不太會英語。問他前台大概幾點能回來？大哥説可能半個小時，可能一個小時，誰知道呢。我説，能不能確定就是這個酒店，如果是這裏我等也行，不是這裏的話我就回去原來我訂的酒店那裡，結果那人就開始擺臉色，説四點才入住，現在才三點半，你等着吧。後來我生氣了，他就叫經理來，但也是重複那幾句話，也不告訴我是不是他們那裡，叫我等着。
3.等到四點，前台終於回來了，磨磨唧唧的給了房間。房間當時看沒什麼問題，結果晚上回去睡覺時發現特別吵。樓下的酒吧還是餐廳之類的，有現場音樂表演，有人跳舞，聽得一清二楚。我跟他們溝通換房，結果帶我去了樓頂一間明顯是不住人的房間，沒有窗户，一股味道，而且跟我訂的套房房型不一致，床也明顯不太好。被我拒絕後就説沒其它房間了。我那晚聽到樓下放了各種激情舞曲，也不知道幾點睡着的，第二天一大早又被汽車吵醒，感覺跟睡在大街上似的。
除了我以前説的缺點，其它都還可以。
如果你想體驗睡在大街上，被各種聲音環繞的感受，以及預訂後被安排到其它酒店的刺激感，歡迎預訂這家酒店。

看了很多評價才去住的，還是超乎想象了！反覆提醒自己必須容忍這裏的社會體制，可是實在是夠嗆！
優點：1）外觀古典漂亮2）空調很足 3）早餐內容不錯 4）靠海邊景色可以。
缺點：
1）入住房間廁所頂大量漏水。
換了一房間沒有毛巾沐浴用品，沒有廁紙，去前台要給了一卷，也沒有備份的。
椅子的扶手突然掉落。房間一股黴味。窗簾拉不到頭，一部分百葉窗壞了，酒店按了一片紙板在其間。
2）酒店前台服務也是各做各的，合計買了4次礦泉水，每個服務員都不同，今天收現金，明天説刷卡，後天説記賬，搞得暈頭轉向的。
3）酒店除房間外都無空調，熱煞！
4）酒店早餐座位椅子壞的，突然被摔到，幸好被扶了一把！
5）洗澡水温的。
不建議家庭帶孩子居住，大失望！
古巴旅行被搞壞了心情！

場所が最高、海の前です。
アンティークなホテルですが、冷蔵庫、テレビ、水シャワーを完備しています。
気になった点はホテルで使えるWi-Fiの4時間バウチャーを貰えましたが1度も接続に成功しませんでした。
