My room was not clean, like the common areas. Mold and hair in the bathroom. Breakfast plentiful but of average quality. Friendly staff in perfect Japanese style

The place is very old and a bit on the moldy side. The dinner and lunch buffet is great. Room is pretty big. The location is pretty good. You can walk to the temple in about 10 minutes.

I stayed alone, but I think this is a great place to stay with family and friends! The room was quite big and comfortable, with views to the mountain. The experience in this hotel was lovely from the moment I stepped in. Nice instrumental music was playing in the lobby and the receptionist are very friendly and attentive. You also get to wear a yukata and traditional shoes for free.
The breakfast included was very diverse and delicious!

The food was very average and, as a consequence, comparatively speaking, overpriced, not to mention that I was charged over ￥1,000 more than told when I phoned to inquire. The pool and hot springs are nice, but I would have preferred not to have had to listen to the music piped through to both locations.
My room was spacious and clean but alas, one of the blinds was completely broken and missing almost all of the slats which compromised my privacy and made the room really light early in the morning.
Maybe corona has been hard on them and replacing blinds is expensive, the pool sun umbrellas were also mouldy and torn, I hope they can replace them all soon.
The staff were very friendly but maybe could not really speak any English.

在日本住這麼多次酒店體驗最差的一次，預訂這家要謹慎，誰訂誰後悔
1.外國人前台服務態度非常不友好，繃著個臉，話衹説一次，用英語多問兩句就不耐煩；日本籍服務員服務態度會好一些，但離其他酒店的服務仍有差距
2.床墊上有血跡，頭髮，還有不明污漬，而且洗手間和房間本身的衞生情況堪憂，很難想象這是在日本
3.房間採光非常差，中午接近退房時從房間裏往外拍的照片如下，還是手機有自動強補光的情況下。不開燈幾乎一片漆黑
4.退房時因為晚退了40分鐘（上午11點退房），罰款1000多日元。日本退房超時大家都能接受，關鍵是在check in的時候根本沒有提醒11點要退房以及超時要罰款的事，導致客人有誤解
這個價格在宮島完全有其他民宿可以代替，這個價格配上這個服務（完全沒有任何服務，床鋪都是自己鋪的）和衞生是真的不值，記得避坑

酒店獨具風格，比較新奇。設施是老舊了點，尤其洗漱池和廁所。房間裏插座少，燈光數量少。早飯是最滿意的，有三文魚金槍魚刺身，烏冬面蕎麥麪，冰淇淋，水果種類多。進入酒店大堂開始，要脱鞋換酒店拖鞋，邊上有一整牆櫃子放鞋子，每個房間對應一個櫃子。酒店內全程拖鞋，進房間玄關再赤足進入。日方工作人員交流起來比較難，外國人服務員英語交流順暢。

Excellente expérience au resort. Le personnel est à l’écoute, on a pu déposer les bagages avant le check-in. La chambre est propre et très jolie. Le buffet pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner est complet. Il y a piscines, spa, bains, etc…pour se relaxer. Bonus, on peut emprunter des yukatas.
