這間酒店是我住過最差的酒店！！！剛開始分的房子是樓層最盡頭的房間，靠近製冰機，噪音巨大，打電話給前台換了房間。結果新換的房間的枱燈和充電的地方是壞的，空調聲音也很大，因為太晚了懶得折騰打算忍忍就算了。洗澡前問了前台不提供一次性拖鞋和送水等客房服務，就自己下樓去買水了。洗完澡發現浴簾不擋水，以至於地面全是水，地上的踩腳墊都濕透了，地上很滑差點滑倒。上床的時候發現他們沒有換床品，床單和枕頭有血和不知名黃色污漬，而且有很明顯的別人睡過的凌亂的褶皺，新換過床單的應該有的摺痕都沒有。本來打算住兩晚的，但是實在是忍不了了，當天晚上跟攜程協商提前離店，第二天住了別的酒店。結果酒店不同意退款第二天的房費，因為我沒有拍下證據，那我就用這1000多塊的教訓來告誡未來想入住這家酒店的朋友們，千萬別來這家酒店！！！當時這家酒店在演唱會的時間還會漲價到2000+，他們怎麼有臉漲價的！！！雖然是2021年新裝修過的，但是真的呵呵呵呵，真的垃圾酒店！！

Was not happy with the fact that they are holding $100 as a fee for 10 days. This makes no sense, once room is cleaned and checked my funds should be released.
Also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, strange

The owners of this hotel should be ashamed, as well as anyone who rated this place more than 2 stars. It is like something out of the late 80s inside and out. If we had planned to stay here for more than just a few hours, I would have canceled and booked a room at a different hotel.
The ONLY plus about this hotel was the beds-they were comfortable.
Unfortunately, the parking area is run down and sketchy.
The person at the front desk barely opened his mouth outside of telling me about the hold that would be placed on my card.
Our room was on the first floor, and the smell of cigarettes from the parking lot was extremely strong as we entered the hallway. The rooms are dimly lit even with all of the lights on, and I don't even have the words to describe the carpet in the hallway or the room.
This location was more like a motel than a hotel.
