Pelham on Earle

This property lacks in a lot of ways. Rooms are very small. Bathroom is so small you can hardly shut the door. I was so excited to stay here but was quickly disappointed. During my stay the wifi didn't work in my room. Went to the front desk as I had an important call but noone was there that morning. There was mold in the shower. They were unable to fix the wifi and suggested I take my call outside. Stay at The Platinum Pebble which is cheaper and ALOT nicer.

Best 3 day vacation! Pool, short walk to beach, wagon 2 beach chairs and umbrella supplied for each room. Restaurant onsite for lunch and dinner. Great coffee every morning. Firepit and games onsite. Fabulous time and perfect weather added to our experience!

Great place however it doesn’t include breakfast like it states. Very clean. The staff were very friendly. Pool not heated. Right near the beach. Gas Fire pit. Restaurant is Mexican food Shuttle to a sister resort- Pelham resort for dinner.

Recently my wife and I made reservations through ******* to stay at the Pelham on Earle in September so we could visit our daughter and grandson who as celebrating his 7th birthday. On the Saturday we were supposed to arrive as Hurricane Lee was passing with a series of flood and wind warnings. We tried to change our reservation to a different weekend or get a refund, but were told by Pelham that they could not do that. That we had to arrange that through ******* who would not help us change our reservation or provide a refund. So be very careful when making reservations with either Pelham on Earle or ******* because even if a hurricane is passing through you might lose hundreds of dollars on your reservation.

Recent stay was incredible, first night staying in a comfortable, clean room. All staff were helpful and professional. Fresh coffee in the morning with small muffins. Second night nightmare. Neighboring room was loud and obnoxious. Couldn’t sleep and left in the middle of night. Very upset and stressed. Called manager Macenna next day and she professionally handled our situation. Apologized and mad things right. She made my day. Will come back. Much thanks

We have been to the Cape a few times before and stayed in various places. We thought you give a try Pelham house resort! Beautiful room great view of the Ocean the room was immaculate. Maid service, impeccable. The restaurant was excellent. The valet were top notch. Love the pool as well always clean and well taken care of with towels available at all times. The only reason why I gave it Four Stars is because they had no room service or early breakfast we are early risers and the breakfast was a brunch at nine, which was very confusing at first they said ten then they said nine? They had in the room a hashtag to take a picture of to get the the menu of room service but all it did was give us the front desk number and they couldn’t help us 🤷🏻‍♀️ There was no information on Cape Cod at all available in the lobby or in the room. The people at the front desk seems clueless at times and not very friendly. We would’ve like to stay another day, but they book weddings we had to leave Friday morning, which we usually would’ve stayed until Sunday. Overall, we love the Cape and had a wonderful time .
