O hotel fica em uma das entradas da cidade, fica bem facil chegar e sair. Por outro lado, não e um lugar onde passam alguns usuarios de droga em direcao ao centro da cidade.
O quarto e bastante bom, incluindo uma geladeira, fogao, microondas e Maquina de lavar louça. Mas nao tem manutenção e limpeza. O carpete e bem sujo e o quarto cheira mal.
A lavanderia contem bastante máquinas disponíveis.
Passamos um fim de semana com feriado e havia um quarto proximo ao nosso que fez festa até as 2 da manhã, e nao tinha como intervir, porque praticamente o hotel passava o dia com uma ou duas pessoas trabalhando.
Os elevadores eram muito fedidos, com cheiro de cachorro molhado.

I was in Hartford Connecticut on business for three days and was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Candlewood Suites. The front desk staff was exceptional and very friendly and kind and my room was beautiful and suited. My needs perfectly. I loved the full-size fridge and the opportunity to either microwave or cook on a small stove top, and everything was clean and in excellent condition! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who needs a spacious and clean place to stay!

BE WARNED: Isolated location. Hotel hands out warning notice about possible car break-ins, and sure enough a guest’s window was smashed when I checked out.

The stove didn’t work; the coffee pot didn’t work. The bed was too high to get into & the mattress sloped to each edge. The ‘cupboard’ in the lobby had expired items, and out of simple staples like white milk. I asked the front desk person when they’d be restocked, and she shrugged her shoulders. Won’t go back to this one

Nice Property. Everything was clean and comfortable. ne complaint -- the pool was freezing cold. Not a particularly good area in the city. Appears to be a lot of "renewal construction" going on in the neighborhood around the hotel. However, the downtown area is easily walkable from the hotel.

Candlewood Hotel was clean and close to restaurants and airport. Although you can exchange dirty towels at the front desk, there is no room service unless your stay is st least 7 days. Their website falsely advertise free breakfast (there is no breakfast) which was one of the reason I booked this location!!
