Beautiful place to stay, accommodation was excellent with a lovely comfortable homely feel. Breakfast was excellent, with everthing you could wish for, from full English cooked breakfast, to cereal, toast etc etc. All served by happy smiling friendly people. The room was lovely and warm and full of character very tastefully done, as is the rest of the property. Would definitely stay there again. Great location for trips out - easy walk to Harlow Carr gardens (beautiful) and a short car ride to Fountains Abbey - fantastic. Plenty to see in Harrogate including Valley gardens and the lovely architecture around the town. A big thank you to all the lovely people who made our stay so special.

Such a lovely place to stay, and a great location, 5 minute walk to the town. Adam and Katie were lovely hosts and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice and of good quality food. Our room was very comfortable and warm and everywhere was so clean with lovely decor. A very comfortable guest house. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a lovely visit to this Victorian residence. Have nothing but praise for the comfort, facilities and welcome we received . In a lovely tree lined street and very peaceful but 5 mins away from town . The breakfasts were certainly 5* too. Would recommend.

I love Alexandra Court and Harrogate! I stayed here 25 years ago when Adam’s mother Elizabeth ran it, and I loved the area and their B and B. I recently brought my family to England on vacation, and I definitely wanted to show them the area, so I was glad to see that Adam’s family still ran Alexandra Court! It is a lovely guest house, updated with all the modern amenities. It’s a luxury to have a cooked-to-order hot breakfast with fresh English bacon from the butchers! Adam and family are fantastic! Our room was spotless, and we had daily maid service, which is a luxury these days. It’s a short walk into central Harrogate, which has many nice shops and restaurants (real shops, not tourist traps), as well as a train station with convenient service to York and Leeds. Harrogate makes a nice base for exploring the area, since there are easy drives to Fountains Abbey and neighboring villages in the lovely Yorkshire Dales, plus easy train trips to York, Durham, etc., as well as from London. And longer day trips to the Lake District, the North Sea coast (Whitbey) are definitely do-able.

I have stayed at this Guest House numerous times and this time was nothing short of fantastic. My wife and I brought four other friends with us and they all thought their stay was memorable. Adam, Katie and the rest of the family are so accommodating, and you feel like family the whole time you are there. It is a short walk to downtown Harrogate to all the stores, restaurants and the bus and train station. The rooms are well furnished and the breakfast each morning was superb. I would highly recommend this Guest House to anyone headed over to Harrogate - you will most definitely not be disappointed. Looking to go back again in 2025.

Thank you Adam and family for a lovely stay.. lovely to have free parking.. beautiful building and your Mom is lovely serving breakfast.. Pleasant size room... fantastic breakfast stayed for three nights June 12th . Harrogate is a beautiful town well worth a visit jump on the train to York great service. From Tina and Dave

Just returned from alexandra court guest house, Harrogate, we found the place excellent in every way, family run by Adam and his family who looked after us really well, breakfast was perfect as was the room,easy parking on site, great place. Chris & andrea

Great stay at this family run hotel , the attention to detail was second to none, a good varied breakfast pleasantly served by mum , there was nothing you could fault. Be it the comfortable room or the quiet location just 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

We had a great stay as two couples and Adam, his mum Elizabeth and the team made us really welcome including the “stealth Labrador” The room was large, well furnished and comfortable. With a great shower. Really close to town with an abundance of restaurants close by within easy walking distance. Breakfast was great and kept coming !! Lovely place would stay again great hosts !! We hope Elizabeth finds love ❤️!! 😂
