It gets a bit loud in the bedroom being near the highway. I wish the happy hour was better advertised and you knew what your options were ahead of time. Breakfast was pretty okay. The whole facility could use an update, especially the lock system on the doors. The shower I was afraid might come out of the wall when I turned the stopper on. TVs are small but adequate. Refrigerator and microwave were nice and clean and an excellent countertop to use. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. I think a good update for a more modern country lodge would do it some real good!

We always enjoy our stay at Country Inn & Suites. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding and has a large selection. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We usually have a great experience, but this time the room needed a little TLC. There was a weird smell in the room coming from the bathroom the entire time, we weren't sure if it was due to the cleaning products being used or something else. We kept the bathroom door closed for the most part.
Other than that, customer service was great as always and the breakfast was good. This location is always all first choice when travelling to the Valley.

The bed was one of the hardest beds I’ve slept in.

Friendly service, great happy hour Mon-Fri, but rooms could use some updating and maintenance work (painting trim, patching holes in sheetrock, adjusting doors that won't stay open).

I LOVE this hotel! It’s like a mini apartment! The rooms are spacious, clean with working ac units, 2 TV’s and 2 separate spaces. The show head is waterfall style and they actually allow the water to get hot unlike some hotels now. The staff has been friendly each time I’ve stayed and fresh cookies are waiting when you come in. I wish they had this hotel in bigger cities that I have to travel to.
