The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room facing the street was nice with a balcony. The breakfast was astonishing.

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us advice on the food stalls to visit. They made an effort to decorate the room as it was my hubby’s birthday. The breakfast was good with varieties. The location of the hotel was convenient with many restaurants and massage places. Will return again.

Best welcome ever! Excellent experience from the moment we arrived to the last minute we left. Warm and careful staff gave us very good suggestions on things to visit and restaurants to eat. Delicious and variegated breakfast every morning. Clean room, careful personnel. Beautiful internal design and decorations, pleasant ambiance smell. Attention to little details is what makes the difference! Thank you, we will come back!

Absolutely stunning hotel located in a perfect location in the old quarter. The staff are beyond amazing. The hotel is beautiful and very authentic with beautiful touches of elegance. Could not recommend this hotel more. You MUST stay here!

Awesome experience at L'HÔTEL du LAC in Hanoi! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the second you arrive. The staff made great food and restaurant recommendations, and the location was very central to touristy highlights. (The food in Hanoi is out of this world!) The breakfast buffet was good, but ordering pho off the menu (at no additional charge) was the best option in the morning. The room was nice and clean. We had a small maintenance issue with the room and staff was very quick to fix it. They even gave us a tote bag and helped us get a taxi when we left to, again, say how sorry they were for the very small issue. I will 100% stay here anytime I am back to Hanoi!
