Very beautiful view from our level 50 and very friendly and kind staffs. Can’t wait to go back to stay again!

the room are clean. the staff are very accommodating. i don’t have hassle checkin in and checking out. relaxed stay.

The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the city center or main headquarters. Expect to incur an approximate cost of 8-10 USD per round trip when using Grab for transportation from this location. The demeanor of the front desk staff does not align with the expected standards of kindness, politeness, and friendliness characteristic of 5-star establishments. During my stay, I observed that some Chinese guests expressed surprise upon discovering an additional charge ranging from 40 to 50 USD per day for a smoking room. I noted an air of condescension in the mannerisms of the employees toward them, which struck me as somewhat unconventional. Furthermore, when I placed an order for a hamburger and affogato at the restaurant situated on the 38th floor adjacent to the lobby, the staff amusedly repeated the word "affogato" multiple times. While this behavior could be construed as impolite, I endeavored to interpret their actions in a positive light. In summary, my overall experience fell short of the stringent 5-star benchmarks set by other Lotte Hotels I have frequented worldwide.
