因為攜程網上沒有雙床房，所以衹能訂一個大床房，到酒店以後溝通前台工作人員給換了一個雙床房，房間不大，但是放了兩個一米左右的床鋪，所以放兩個箱子也不顯得緊張，房間還比較乾淨，15樓有早餐，有工作人員會説中文，酒店工作人員服務也不錯。圍着西湖走走環境很舒服，總體來説比較滿意。

Be very cautious when selecting this hotel. It was booked for us through a third party and when we requested records (receipts) for insurance purposes they refused and will not answer email or phone calls. Very suspicious behaviour and lack credibility. If there are any issues with the services, there is no way to make claims or get any refunds.

Great hotel. Amenities good. Stayed in 3 different rooms. Room size good. Had a little trouble with hot water for showers in 2 of the rooms. . Central location, walking distance to most points of interest like night markets. Comfy King sized beds.

Stayed here as part of a tour of Vietnam. Excellent position near old quarter.Near some good restaurants and local life ! Staff are excellent. Only draw back is poor hot water supply and shower is of a very poor design.If you are 4 foot high you will be ok .Set too low. Breakfast excellent choice.We arrived at 7 in the morning and they let us have our room .This was an unexpected bonus. All in all great place for the old quarter.

Staff were excellent however that's about all I can say is good about this hotel, located further out from the main hustle streets we expected a quiet hotel, it would be if they built it right but if I said they had paper walls it would be an insult to the soundproof properties of paper, if you want to sleep don't stay here, also I picked up conjunctivitis can't confirm it was definitely here could have been a restaurant or a bar in the city but I got it here a great way to start my honeymoon

The hotel is in a good location. It was an easy 15 min walk to the lake area where a lot of attractions are. There is a mini mart on the corner next door which was also handy. All staff at the hotel were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also enjoyable. My only negative would be the showers. Both rooms we stayed in the shower head needed replacing. The first was a dribble of water, no spray. The second room on our return, had spray, however it went everywhere as was wide and there was no way to adjust it, water went everywhere. Being in a bath tub, it made it a bit awkward to shower and wash hair.

This is a perfectly good, tourist class hotel that I would recommend for a stay in Hanoi. It is located at the North end of the Old Quarter, so to walk to the centre of the tourist action, is about 20 min, but it is an uncomplicated, straight walk south to the lake where most of the tourist attractions are. Breakfast is good , and has lots of options, and the room was comfortable and everything in it worked properly.

The rooms need updating. There is no reason to have carpet in a hot climate. Other hotels we went to in Vietnam and Laos have tile floor. The water is hot ( depending on the weather) so not very refreshing. The AC was difficult to figure out. Breakfast was meh. I’m sure you can find better. At least the room was clean and had a balcony though the view isn’t extraordinary
