服務人員熱情款待，有問必答，也幫助我們預訂了到下龍灣的交通及行程。可惜是在trip.com的價錢貴了其他網站百分之三十（因我太忙，沒有做格價動作），當入住後才發覺貴了很多，客服只能陪了一百元左右的coin留待下次用，希望網站可改善

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. We like so much the spacious rooms, cleanliness and convenient location of the hotel. The service of Dinh (Ms) and Tom (Mr) is exceptionally. They walked extra mile to help us on the payment issue and upgrade our room. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs and request. We enjoyed very much our stay there.

Lovely hotel in the old quarter and close to everything, the room was large and the bed super comfy my only concern was the shower over the bath I prefer walk in. The balcony was nice. Staff were exceptional we had some language barriers at times but front of house staff were awesome. I would definitely stay again.

During a 2 week trip around Northern Vietnam my father and I used Mercury Hotel as our home base in Hanoi and ended up staying here on 3 separate occasions. The location is convenient, and walkable to great food and sights. The family room was very large and had an awesome balcony for hanging out that also let in lots of light during the day. Dinh, the host, was always extremely friendly and helpful in providing tips for within Hanoi as well as recommending trips outside the city. She was a reliable resource in booking busses and affordable airport transfers, and also booked a Ha Long bay cruise that was perfect for us - this was appreciated as there seem to be lots of bad cruise options in Ha Long Bay. Thank you!! Ultimately, between the friendly staff, central location and comfortable room, Mercury felt like home in Hanoi. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hanoi :)

Reasonable rate n clean. Location is near wide road and quite area. But room has no window. WiFi is good. Bright lighting. At time I book is very reasonable. Area is just near the famous cathedral n many traditional eating house.

Perfectly located at old quarters. Very near to everything if you are first timer in Hanoi. I booked the family room with balcony at a very cheap rate. Clean hotel and the hotel staff are every friendly. Special mention to Dinh for an amazing service :)

Hotel in a great locations with great optional tour arrangements and friendly staff. The rooms were pretty bright and always clean. Enjoyed my stay here before heading further to Halong Bay. Special thanks to Ms. Mai for the good recommendation I received and helping me with my ongoing tour. Definitely might come back one day.

i just stay here two nights and ask for arranging the Halong bay or Sapa tour. they done well ...everything is organised very pefectly by Ms Mai. thanks to all team in Mercury Hotel. so exellent service, big room, nice stafff and great location next to Hoan kiem Lake....2023 I will be back definitely.......
