The most welcoming experience provided by Tommy and his team. We instantly felt like family, with great advice on any questions we had including where to eat, and he saved us money on trips and sorted everything out for us. Always asking about our day and any trips, he really cared about his clients, and I have seen him doing the same for others, tirelessly making everyone’s trip that little bit better. The rooms are good, beds are super comfy with a choice of soft/hard pillows. Showers/bathroom are very good. We changed from 1 night here to 5 after how good the first evening was.

Definitely not as advertised. Pictures are not accurate. Hotel is under construction. Hotel open for 2 weeks. The rooms are dated, like from the previous owner and have not been updated. There's stains in the hallway carpet. Lots of construction everywhere. No breakfast included, Even though it's advertised in the listing. You have to pay for percent more if using a credit card, even though that's not stated in the listing. When I showed the listing to the hotel receptionist, he said it was from a previous owner and they are remodeling the place. So I felt a duped. I don't recommend staying here. Maybe in 6 months when the hotel is complete and everything is new. Right now it is a construction zone. Not a pleasant experience.

I arrived in the pouring rain to find out the hotel is closed. My phone just happened to stop working at the same time. The restaurant next door said it was closed and the roller doors were down. To top it off ********** now believes a closed down hotel over me a loyal customer. I’ve booked well over 100 hotels with them. 5 days later they denied my refund. I just went back to take more photos as I’m leaving tomorrow. Looking for a new app to book hotels

This hotel beat my expectations. From reception to cleaning, from breakfast to communication, everything runs smoothly and everyone is nice and polite. Plus, it is centrally located and you can taste the flavor of local culture. I do enjoy my stay here. This hotel has officially been designated my go-to hotel in Hanoi. Try it folks.

UP: - Comfortable bed, - Good shower, AC, fridge, - Let us keep the backpack for the day we checked out. - Breakfast is not very good but you can refill coffee as much as you want DOWN: - Smell, in front of the place, in the entrance, in the stairs, is terrible. Luckily you can use the elevator and avoid the bad smell. - Some dirty on the sheets. - They cancel our reservation during our stay to have payment by cash. It happened in many hotels and it's ILLEGAL in Vietnam. Every hotel charge you 3% more if you use credit card. Source: .sbv.gov.vn

I don’t often write reviews but I thought I have to on this occasion. This is the best hotel in Hanoi, fabulous location in the old quarter and the staff are extremely helpful. We have stayed here on two separate occasions and loved both times. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for a great time winter boutique hotel.

nice hotel with small breafast , and good agancy, they book for me 1 trip to halong bay so nice, and they takecare you all time, if you have question, they very helpfull , i like them i comeback when i finish trip in Cambodia.

Room 202 no window - felt like a dark box. Wardrobe/hanging facility was very worrying- felt the whole thing would fall if I touched it - held together with sellotape & it was floor to ceiling. If it had fallen it would have been onto the bed. Really dangerous. Couldn’t stay in the room except to sleep as felt like a coffin. However the bed was comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast - took a look on first day but 9am & no sign of it - found a lovely coffee shop nearby. I believe the other rooms are much better with a window at least but travelling solo one often gets the raw deal.

This hotel is full of kind persons, clean and pretty quiet for such a busy town. Hoa is a wonderful host and took good care of us. She even arrangedf and booked a transportation for us, for a connection in the south of Vietnam. Thank you!
