I’ve been to Hanoi several times and I like to try new places to stay. From reading past reviews I thought this would be a good choice, but I was wrong! I happened to be in Hanoi during a very cold streak. The hotel has no heat and I was freezing the whole time there. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 2 minutes and then it quickly gets cool. Breakfast was a joke. The only person working at reception took me to another hotel three streets away to have a very poor quality breakfast. I didn’t even bother with their breakfast after the first morning.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beads and fantastic pillows, breakfast was very good, relatively quiet for a noisy hustle and bustle on the old quarter.

The staff in this hotel are superb , they are so friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel in the old quarter is great and very easy to explore Hanoi from. The beds are also SO comfy! Id highly recommend.

Dedicated staff, and very welcoming. The hotel is in the center of Hanoi, close to everything. The room was very clean, with very good air con, easy to regulate.

The location is convenient, in the heart of Ha Noi Old quarter with lots of foods and drinks. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! We enjoy staying here

Location was central in old quarter area, we walked abt 5-10mins to most tourist attractions and local food places. the staffs were very helpful and responsive. we were able to secure and stay in a room for few hours after returning from halong bay before our overnight train to hue in the evening.
