When you step in the hotel, you feel the high quality of all the staffs. Good management, friendly staffs always show their happy faces.
Hand writing greetings card on your bed, they always fulfil your request.
Room is small but clean
We have a good time staying in this hotel & will recommend people to stay here when they come to Hanoi.
A Vietnam restaurant few minutes from hotel is so good too, must try

Hotel workers are all so nice and considerate! It was definitely a lovely experience in Hanoi, and would recommend friends for staying in this hotel. The only thing that the hotel is probably not be able to do much is its room is not very sound proof, so occasionally heard sounds from other rooms, especially at late night.

I got sick after i checked in to the hotel. The receptionist (hyung) was very caring and followed up on my health condition time to time and also accommodate all my request. The receptionist from the restaurant was also very helpful by recommending nearest pharmacy and also prepared some take away food for me to eat in room. The service provided were tip top. 😊
The location of the hotel also strategic.

I recently stayed at the Bespoke Trendy Hotel and it was an absolute gem! The service was straight up incredible, especially by the receptionist Tung. I can't stress enough how accommodating and friendly they were. They made my stay feel like a home away from home, and their local recommendations were spot-on! The breakfast spread was really nice too, especially the pho. Speaking of which, the location is tucked away in a quiet corner, so you can get a peaceful night's sleep. But it's also within walking distance of all the touristy stuff. So, we get the best of both worlds! A small downside is that the lift is a little slow. If you're looking for a place that's comfortable, welcoming, and in a great location, Bespoke Trendy Hotel is a great choice.

We switched hotels mid trip as we weren’t satisfied with our previous hotel but Bespoke Trendy Hotel was honestly perfect! One of the hotel’s staff - Amanda - was super helpful and gave us so many recommendations and truly went above and beyond. As I was travelling with an elderly, she even got the kitchen to make her porridge every morning even though it wasn’t part of the buffet. Super thankful that we found the hotel, and super thankful for Amanda’s kind help. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend you to book it! Location is superb, service is superb, rooms are beautiful!

Highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi, location is nice and close to old quarter and train street. Very friendly and helpful staff, quick response. The room is great, clean and comfy. Excellent breakfast buffet and also taste very good. Even after checking out, they can also offer a room for us to take shower after visiting other places before going to airport for departure.
First time to visit Hanoi and the hotel makes my stay a breeze even the weather is so hot. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family, and will also choose to stay here again if I visit Hanoi again.

The hotel located in a busy area in the Old Quarter, surrounded by manicure, lashes, massage shops. It’s only 100M away from a nice cafe, local wet market, and the train street. It’s very convenient.
