Sunline Hotel

Este é um hotel muito agradável no meio de uma área movimentada no centro de Hanói. O teatro de fantoches é muito próximo e altamente recomendado. A seleção do buffet não é tão boa, mas é boa. O quarto era limpo e muito confortável. O bom deste hotel é a localização que fica muito perto de todas as atrações turísticas, bem como do estado, do mercado noturno e de uma rua ruim. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location with the nicest staff. The room was immaculate and the bedding so comfortable. I never had the chance to try the breakfast but it sounds amazing! I regret to not have found this hotel during my first few days in Hanoi, it would have made my experience so much better!

The service is good and the staff in the hotel are polite and friendly. The breakfast is good and fresh. Will try to book again if going to hanoi again.

Super nice and friendly stuff. Perfect location. Room super nice. Had a small balcony. Bed was super comfortable

Location was good, within minutes walking to the lake. staff are very friendly & nice. Room are spacious. Walking from the alley left from the hotel is the old quarter & lots of massage palour. Next to hotel, there is a cafe, opposite to the hotel there is pizza restaurant seems quite popular. Walking toward to the right, there are cafe selling local food & its good & yummy. Within walking distance to most of the attraction. Will stay again if I visit Hanoi again.

Hotel near to many spa , easy to find restaurant . Near to lake . Late night very quite. Hotel room spacious enough for two . Clean & hotel staff very helpful . Security & safety good

The receptionist were great but the cleaning ladies were a little lazy. I had to sweep the floor myself and they never changed the sheets on my bed. I tried giving them a tip but apparently that didn’t work either

The hotel look new and have a balcony and very convenient location
