It was our first trip to Vietnam and we were glad that we chose Peridot Gallery Hotel for our stay in Hanoi. It was strategically located at the Old Quarter and there were many interesting little shops, cafes, and eateries around. Everything was reachable by foot.
We were super impressed with its service , all the staffs were happy to help and would do their best to accommodate our needs! When we had to walk over to their sister hotel for our SPA appoin**ent they even allocated a staff to walk us there ! Breakfast was of the best quality ! We also took time to enjoy the rooftop bar at night ! All in all we were really satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others !

Such friendly welcoming and helpful people. Room was perfect. Would definitely recommend. Julie at the reception was particularly helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. All of the recommendations for food and places to see where spot on

Its The first we have been to Hanoi. Once we came to the front of the hotel, the front entrance was so grand and elegant. We were greeted by the most friendly and hospitable staff. The service was Exceptional. The rooms were clean, the decor was beautiful with French Colonial theme. This hotel was close to all facilities. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful with a lot of facilities like free breakfast, bar with happy hour, jacuzzi, terrace dining. Staff is very hospitable. Location is perfect too. Will definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable, the beds were soft and luxurious. The hotel services, breakfast, pool, lounge, were exceptional, and we felt genuinely cared for from the first minute by the incredible staff, Fabio and his team. He also helped us organise a trip to Ha Long Bay which was great and at a good price. Thank you everyone at Peridot!

I came across this nice hotel through ******* website. It was really nice experience, the location was excellent and major attractions were a walking distance. It is situated in the old quarter of Hanoi where all interesting things are nearby. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful specially Fabio who gave us valuable advice about where to go and what to do. I highly recommend this hotel and it's great value for money.

Great stay, great location, lovely staff…Luck at the desk in particular was great. Loved the checkin process, a cold towel on a hot sultry day was the perfect welcome along with a nice cold drink. Highly recommend when looking to stay in the Old Quarter.
