Prince II Hotel

We had this stay booked on *********** since mid-2022 and a few days before arrival at the hotel in March 2023, and in the non-cancelation period, we received a message from the hotel saying they were full, they had a big booking and if we could "please help them by finding a new hotel". We were so shocked and haven't had this before. They suggested another hotel twice the price of this - we were so shocked at the messages - very unhelpful and so disappointing. We found something else in the short time we had but I wouldn't suggest booking here if you like any security!

Plutôt habitué à sélectionner des hôtels dans les secteurs calmes, nous avons hésité lorsque nous avons découvert que cet hôtel est en plein cœur du centre bouillonnant de Hanoï. Nous avons demandé à avoir une chambre dans les étages supérieurs et donnant sur la cour arrière, au final aucune nuisance sonore, et vous avez toute l'activité de Hanoï au pied de votre hôtel. Vous y trouverez de nombreux bars, boutique, restaurant... L'hotel est propre et le personnel adorable. Nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait besoin de rafraîchissement, car tout ne fonctionne pas correctement dans la chambre. Nous avons relevé notamment des soucis avec la télé, avec le coffre-fort, ou avec certaines poignées de fenêtre qui ne fonctionnaient pas très bien. Nous y sommes resté 2 nuits. Je ne sais pas si on peut envisager un séjour plus long dans ce type d'hôtel, tout dépend de ce que l'on recherche. Si c'est une structure luxueuse, passez votre chemin.. en revanche si vous cherchez un hôtel pour vous poser quelques jours sur Hanoï. C'est un hôtel qui vous conviendra. Nous avons d'ailleurs eu la possibilité de laisser nos bagages toute la journée à l'hôtel, après le check-out car nous prenions notre vol le soir.

Terza struttura e terzo obbrobrio. Constatato con certezza che nella old city di Hanoi gli alberghi sono un'autentico fallimento. Abbiamo prenotato una notte e ringraziamo il cielo che solo una notte sia stata. Attenzione, non viene segnalato sul sito che manca l'ascensore. Noi,destinati al 6 piano, abbiamo rischiato la pelle e il cuore per arrivare alla camera  con le valigie, considerata ripidita' e doppia rampa per piano la fatica è tanta!!! La stanza sebbene pulita e graziosa è piccola come un gabbio di galera e la finestra da su tettoie marce e fatiscenti di altri edifici ( loro segnalano vista sulla città) Il taxi prenotato da loro per il nostro trasferimento in aeroporto è arrivato con clamoroso ritardo e loro, per stimolare la tensione dei già citati nervi, ridono. Wi fi praticamente nulla a far lievitare alcuni nervi in più. Al netto di tutto quanto descritto non sappiamo quanto di meglio o di peggio possa offrire la citta'. DEPENNABILE
