Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. In an interesting quarter in Hanoi and close to the historic centre. Delicious breakfast with everything you need. The rooms have balconys so you can soak in the tropical air and watch the everyday life of the locals. The rooftop bar is stylish, but lacks the true Hanoi atmosphere.

We stayed 2 nights as part of our tour. The hotel is not new but in good condition. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. No views but considering location very quiet. Location is in old town and planted of small shops close by. The Hanoi market is about 15 minutes walk from hotel. The footpaths near the,hotel,are absolutely clogged by motorcycles. So you have to walk,on the road and take your chances. 6 million motorcycles in Hanoi and they don’t stop for pedestrians. So be very careful. The hotel staff are very helpful and speak good English. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We picked this hotel for our first day in Hanoi trips after visited city tour Hanoi. We were looking for a bit of luxury and location near Old Quarter area. The attention to detail in all things about this hotel is midle but the staff were friendly and polite to help us everythings needed. The breakfast choice are excellent and offer a wide veriety of food and we enjoy it. We stayed at Deluxe room on 9th floors, this room were nice view, peace and confortable bed with spacious. While leaving, we forgot an item at the lobby and they even went out of their way to send us later on. Of course, We recommend the Thien Thai Hotel. This place is a must

We stayed for 2 nights in this very comfortable hotel. The reception team are very helpful with luggage storage prior to departure and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice available. The main lift makes a "bing" noise when it stops so try to avoid a room adjacent to the lift if possible.

Nice hotel located close to the old quarter, walking distance to everything! Spacious and clean room, yummy breakfast and attentive staffs, thank you! we will recommend to our friends back home and will definitely be back whenever we visit Hanoi.

Rooms are very dated and musty smelling. We did not have hot water for 2 days and there is only a hand held shower attachment. On a positive note, the staff was friendly (but did not fix the water issue), had a great massage and the location is good.

Poor service. Poor facility. We stayed in 6 rooms total in this hotel and not one bathroom was up to what I would expect. One was un-usable and the others had so little water pressure the main nozzle could not be used. The rooms were very small. The beds were hard. The staff was not helpful with our questions or requests regarding laundry. They do not provide free drinking water and the water they provide is not cheap. My recommendation is there are too many places to stay in Hanoi to risk going here, save yourself the trouble and skip this one.

When I arrived I thought ermmmmm. But turned out to be a Fantastic hotel! easy walk to everything in Hanoi Breakfast superb 😋 All staff are amazing Especially Phuong 😁 The best bellboy in town 😍🙌🙌 ………………………………

Very Nice Hotel, conveniently located just off the noisy Old District of Hanoi and walking distance to the Lake and the other Busy Areas. The Reception is not on the Street Level, so you have to climb up a flight of Stairs to get to it, but it is large and comfortable to relax in. The Staff are Polite and Helpful. The Restaurant is next to the Reception, where a Nice Buffet Breakfast is served with plenty of variety. The Rooms are Spacious and Well Appointed. There is Study Desk, Chairs and Center Table, Electric Kettle with Tea/Coffee/Milk/Sugar Sachets, a Wine Cooler and also a Bathtub in the Washroom. The Bed is King Size and Very Comfortable. The Service is good and the Hotel is Very Comfortable to stay at. The only issue we had was our Room had No View - it was facing a Concrete Wall of another Property, so we had to keep the Curtains Drawn all the time. Since the Hotel was Full, they could not change our Room, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Other than this, everything else was Very Good.
