В информации об отеле приложения trip.com указано, что отель открыт в 2023 году, но это не правда, один из критериев почему я забронировала его был новизна. Даже не смотря на хорошее расположение в старом квартале, той цены он не стоит. Позднее выселение, до 18:00 по стоимости ночи. Маленькое зеркало в ванной сломано, не держится, сантехника в ржавчине, налете. В комнате мягкая спинка кровати в пятнах, паутине, мертвый паук в паутине.
При заселении угостили напитком и сухофруктами. Сначала выдали ключ от номера, который был не готов, пришлось возвращаться менять, предложили номер чуть получше, с нормальным окном на улицу. Утром в номер зашёл кто то из персонала без стука. Завтрак слишком рано заканчивается.

휴대폰 도난으로 도움도 받고 같이 경찰서도 가줬지만 귀찮아 해서 도움 받고도 기분 별루.
충격은 내일 새벽 체크아웃 한다고 말하고 방으로 올라가는데 손가락으로 까딱 까딱 거리며 나를 부름
가서 들으니 내일 공항 샌딩서비스 신청할래? …
어느 호텔리어가 손님에게 손가락 까딱 거리면서 사람을 부름 ㅋㅋㅋ
시설도 최악 청소도 최악
창문 있다고 했으나 무늬만 창문
끌수 없는 불들
24시간 돌아가는 화장실 환풍이 이것도 없으면 곰팡이 천지 될듯
문 앞에 전등 나가서 낮에 밖에 나가는데 어두컴컴
샤워 호스 손잡이쪽 파손 되어 질질새는 물
청소해도 더러운 방 리필안되어 있는 샴푸 바디워시 빈곽만 있는 칫솔
여기서 3박한 내가 대단…
사파에서 지낸 호텔은 천국이였다면 여기는 지옥

Terrible hotel. Many issues. The shower head didn’t work properly and the light globe in one of the lamps stopped working so I requested assistance. Instead of fixing these issues I was given a room change. The shower head was still poor in the new room. The walls are thin so could hear the people in the next room very clearly. One of the reasons I selected to stay at this property was the sky bar, however, it is closed! Extremely disappointed. The bathroom was really weird, poorly designed and small. You have to step up to the bath and open these heavy thick glass doors to get into the shower. It’s not safe and clumsily designed. The door of my room wasn’t fitted properly so lots of light from the hallway came in. The hotel room was very over priced for my 2 night stay. Only one person speaks good English, the lady. The room was fitted out in a modern style but quite small and no extra pillows. The air con was good. The basin didn’t seem
clean. The water from the tap in the basin went everywhere. When my room was cleaned they didn’t make the bed properly. The lady at reception was helpful with tour suggestions and gave me a map and told me about a market. I do not recommend staying here.

A very cost boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter.
For the price of less than 70bucks a night and the distance from all the shops, restaurants and local life, what more can we ask for.

Great location. However staff has been pushy in asking for good review (which they literally stand beside you for you to complete google reviews). Hotel room is old looking and breakfast selection is limited. Wouldn’t really recommend to stay there.

The hotel location was very good, right in the cebter of everything at old quarter! The location is perfect to enjoy Hanoi to the fullest.
Ngoc An is a really good host and helped us organising needs of the customer at any time and really appreciate An for a super supportive front desk executive throughout my stay and also helped to book airport taxi as my flight was too early in the morning without hassle
The room is not clean but big enough, hotel service could be improved but thanks to again An my stay is a pleasant one and will come back again recommend to others too!

This is definitely the best location for you to experience Hanoi if you choose this hotel. With its price, I don't think there is anything to complain about. The staff were super helpful and nice when I needed help.
