Facilities is acceptable, erring on basic side. I got upgraded for free to a quadraple room. However, the room is located next to the buzzing streets which can be disturbing at night especially for the neon / spotlights and the honking of vehicles.

垃圾酒店虛假宣傳 酒店設施老舊和圖片嚴重不符 像個小旅館 四星不知道是怎麼評上去的 最氣人的是空調不工作 當晚就拉着行李走了 還收了一天的房費 訂了8天 一天沒住 平台還不給退錢 平台相信酒店説的話 不相信顧客的 説讓我自己找酒店去理論 無語至極 千萬別上當 以後可能也不會選擇攜程了 之所以在平台定就是希望有保障 結果發生事情 竟然相信酒店説的 不相信客户 讓客户自己找酒店理論 無語至極

Great everything Especially the staff were very kind and helpful (cool and cute) to answer all of our requests. Mr Max willing to help if anyone need. The room is nice decorations and cozy in the winter. Highly recommend and will comeback for sure in the future! I love you guys!!! ＜3

The staff are incredibly helpful, especially Sofia who is one of the tour booking personnel. She went above and beyond when I was having troubles with getting ahold of my cc visa company overseas and helped me arrange my transport and bookings in various parts of Vietnam.

My wife and I made a 7 weeks roundtrip to South East Asia and Hanoi was our final stop. First night in Hanoi we stayed at O’Gallery Premier Hotel which was an excellent hotel across the street. Then we went on a cruise and when we came back we had booked Beryl Charm Hotel for 5 nights (due to lack of availability of previous hotel). Beryl Charm Hotel was by far the least pleasant stay on our journey. After the first night we tried to cancel the booking via *******/**********. This was not possible according to the hotel manager. In our room we had a strong smell from the kitchen especially when opening the window. The beds were quite poor and too soft. One evening we had to catch a lizzard in our room. Breakfast was included, with a quality on par with the hotel. Plates were missing, the coffee and fruit were out, etc.
They advertise the hotel to be a 4 star hotel, I would classify it as a 1 star hotel or rather a hostel. If you want a decent hotel avoid this place, if you prefer a costly hostel you can go for this.

It was a very good experience at this hotel. We stayed there for a total of five nights, including four consecutive stays and one single stay. Everything was good, from the check-in time until the departure. The staff is very helpful and always supportive. Breakfast was really good, with a fine list of dishes. They do room service every day and provide basic amenities daily. This hotel is not far from the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market from Hang Dao Street to Dong Xuan Market, the train street, etc. We booked their family room, which is a good option for three people, both family and friends. We are really happy and satisfied with their hospitality, food, rooms, etc. We recommend this hotel to people who prefer to stay in the middle of town and who prefer to walk around in the late evenings.

Booked a junior suite and, in fairness, a 4* hotel shouldn‘t have broken glass in the room divider and the fancy jacuzzi bathtub with all the nozzles and levers would have been even better if it worked. The plumbing and aircon noises throughout the hotel werel like a fairground haunted house so there isn’t way it deserved a 4 star rating. But I didn‘t book here to stay in the room and the location in the Old Quarter is perfect. The room was big and the large bed very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but not as good as many 3* hotels I stayed in. The front desk staff were lovely, always friendly and helpful as was the poor girl running the breakfast room on her own.
