The property is not where it says it is and the communication was awful, they kept asking for my WhatsApp and not contacting me. I did not even stay as the place is like a 20-minute drive from where they said. What a waste of time, money, and planning.

The accommodation is very clear, spacious The really nice terrace and offers a very friendly outdoor area. The common areas are clean, it's really appreciated! Finally, the staff at Nyna House is really responsive and attentive to us, well done! We had a lovely stay again and would not hesitate to pick up a Nyna House home again

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Quarter! Very easy to walk around to local attractions. The host are extremely friendly and quick to respond to questions. The apar**ent is spacious and has all necessities. My friend and I booked two of the three apar**ents in the building. I would highly recommend this apar**ent to anyone visiting Hanoi :)

It was really good to be able to stay with NYNA. Their staff was friendly and super responsive. The location was really good too. The only concerning thing was noise as you are right by the street. Do keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper.

The place is quite nice on both decorations & service. Yet we has some problems on water due to the running out for about 4-5 hours. I think it was a sudden issue, bothered abit but not really affect much on the total experience at home. Kindly reccommend the house when you have a trip to Hanoi.

We checked into this hotel last minute and we're extremely happy with the area it was located. The host was extremely responsive and staff allowed us to store our luggage until it was time for us to depart! It was a very pleasant easy stay.

I do not recommend staying at this property. Do not stay here if you wish to stay in the old quarter as it states in the listing. At the time that I booked this hotel it specified in the description, the FAQ’s and the map pin that the location of this hotel would be in the old quarter. This was false. The location is actually a 1 hour walk from the old quarter or a 20 min drive. I discovered this on the way to the hotel and the hotel had contacted me with a link on google maps. This link was not the same as the pin location on *******, though the address itself was the same. I tried to ask for a refund but the hotel rejected the refund request. It was all very stressful to be in a foreign country and not have a place to stay because I did not feel comfortable staying in an unknown neighborhood nowhere close to where I had planned. The hotel also did not apologize for the issues and instead told me that I was playing games with them. All of this to say I would not recommend staying here. I did not see the place so I can’t say whether it was good inside but I see that many of the reviews are from the same individual.

Super pleasant stay with them! Thanks to the host and staff for being so helpful and kind to host us! The room is very clean and nice! Recommended!
