Hanoi’s Lane Homestay

Comfortable Stay but Cat Smell in the Corridor I recently stayed at Hanoi Lane Homestay and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, tucked away in the busy streets of Old Quarters, close to the main attractions. The room was clean and cozy, offering a great sense of privacy. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, one downside was the strong smell of cats in the corridor, which was quite noticeable every time I walked to my room. It didn’t affect the room itself, but it was a bit unpleasant when passing through. If you're sensitive to odors, this might be an issue. Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price, with great service and a convenient location, but the smell in the corridor is something to keep in mind.

旧市街にあるホテル。 クラブが目的な人にはとても良い立地である。 私は初めてのハノイでツアーの参加に便利そうというので宿泊した。 ホテルがどうというより、騒がしいのが苦手な人は旧市街に宿泊しないほうがよいと学んだ。 クラブがひしめくエリアにあるこのホテルは夜、特に週末になると人で大混雑し爆音の中をすり抜けて帰らなければならないので苦労した。 ホテルは管理人と思わしき方が一階に住んでおり、人が来たら都度フロントに出てきて対応してくれるようである。 そのため着いた時は誰も居らず焦った。しばらく待っても来なかったのでより焦った。 その時に連絡取る手段にワッツアップがあったのだが、SMS認証が必要で現地では取れない（番号ありSIMカードならできると思う）ので連絡が取れずにただ待ちぼうけたので、これから行くと言う方はアプリをダウンロードしてから行くのをお勧めする。 清掃は毎日入っていたような気がする。 お風呂の入り口にあるスイッチがお湯が出るスイッチのようで、知らずに切ってしまい二日ほど水風呂で過ごすこととなったのでそこは気をつけていただきたい。
