We stayed in room 102 last night and checked in around 11:30. We’ve been travelling for 5 months and this is our final 2 nights so we hoped for something nice to relax before heading home. Upon check in the bath was dirty, the water ran cold and there was no TV in the room as advertised. This morning we were awoken by construction noise and hammering on the walls, we tried to shower but the water ran cold after 2 minutes. We tried to speak to staff on check out but no one was available so we spoke with the ‘manager’ over the phone who refused a refund for the 2nd night even though we’ve checked out before check out time (midday). People at the reception use google translate as they know no English so any conversation is extremely difficult. With a refund for the second night we wouldn’t have written this review but we feel others should know NOT TO BOOK.
