I was here with my family for about a week, we were sceptical at first as this is a new establishment. But the moment we arrived at their lobby the staffs proved that we have made a worthy decision. Especially Anne from management, she was very welcoming and informative which helped start a great beginning to our holiday in Hanoi. Rooms are absolutely clean and well organised. Furthermore internet connection was impressive, fast and smooth, only mentioning this as it has been quite a problem with our stay at many hotels in the past. This place is located right in the center of everything, walking distance to Old Quarter, Ho Guom lake, eating streets, markets, etc. Heaps more positive things about this hotel that you should come and experience for yourself. Definitely will be staying here again the next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you Grand Cititel team for looking after us!

Hotel loated in tourist city center.Not far from Huan Kiaem Lake easy to walk.Breakfast very nice (you should try)Hotel furniture was quite old but Ok.Staff can communicate in English very nice and clear infomation also with warm service-mind.Mostly I love this hotel.

No matter the appearance or the inner design, it makes people feel like they are in Europe. Outside the hotel, there are Internet celebrities or tourists checking in from time to time📸 My room is on the same floor as the swimming pool. The swimming pool has floor-to-ceiling glass compartments and a very European-style balcony, which makes me feel comfortable. There is also a fitness room. The room is so big, the bed is a bit high, and the shower room is designed like a stage backstage. The breakfast buffet has a lot of food choices, but it is mainly Western-style, and there is a favorite Egg Benedict, which is ready to order. I am very satisfied with breakfast every day. The disadvantage is that the water bottle provided in the room is very difficult to open, and I accidentally hurt my hand, but the overall quality is good

Overall, it is a medium-sized hotel. It is stunning at first glance. The service details are in line with the price. The living room has free afternoon tea, free wine of all kinds in the evening, and all-inclusive snacks. It is worth it from a cost-effective perspective. The surrounding area is an absolutely rich area with various luxury shops. There is a night-time ceremony in the evening. After turning down the bed, It comes with an eye mask and a small gift, and the data cable will be buckled with a leather buckle for you, and the small details are still full. Capella Hanoi's glorious Koki Japanese food on the B1 floor this year received 1 star. It has only 14 seats and offers a set similar to Omekase. Hôm bữa mấy chị em mình có ghé qua khách sạn nghỉ 3 đêm,nhìn khách sạn tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng được cái nhân viên ở đây rất ngoan. Mình được bạn bell tên Văn Toàn giới thiệu nhà hàng,quán ăn và nhưng địa điểm du lịch xung quanh đấy. Bạn ấy rất nhiệt tình và các bạn khách cũng vậy .Cảm ơn khách sạn Affa đã cho chúng mình một kì nghỉ vui vẻ ! SEE YOU !!

Very friendly people working there. Did stay there for 6 nights. Room top floor no sound from outside good double bed and nice furniture including television and a watercooker. Location just about the opposite of the old town need to cross the river hotel next to the bridge.

My family always prefers to choose Muong Thanh hotel. In general, ks always gives me a cozy feeling. Breakfast is very good and tasty. The staff is very nice. Only my hotel in Tho Nhuom seems a bit old. However overall it's great!!!
