This is my second stay at the hotel. The service is really great. The front desk service is very proactive and Xiao Gan is great. The room has a high floor and complete facilities. You can see the river view from the room. The room is clean and tidy. Very good. I am very satisfied with my overall stay. Breakfast is on the 40th floor. There are many varieties. It combines Chinese and Western styles. The hotel provides free parking. It is really good. I will come to this hotel again next time and look forward to my next stay~

I have passed by this hotel hidden in the city several times when I came to Hangzhou. I stayed here during the National Day holiday to experience it. As an old brand, the hotel does have an old (or heritage) side, but the location and cost performance are beyond reproach. I like the beautiful scenery of the south bank of West Lake the most. It is very convenient to walk or take the bus. The hotel's dining is very good, the staff is enthusiastic, and Xiao Liang at the front desk carefully processed the invoice. I will choose this place next time I visit West Lake!

The hotel front desk actually called me to remind me. It was a bit surprising and I thought it was a good idea. There is the aroma of lemongrass when you walk into the hotel. Although it does not have its own brand of fragrance like the front desk of a branded five-star hotel, the first impression is not bad. There is also tea supply at the front desk and the coffee machine is from De'Longhi, which is a plus. The room was upgraded when I checked in, which was a pleasant surprise! The elevator is from ThyssenKrupp, so the overall building must be good. The room is large and there is a large balcony, but why can't the balcony door be closed? The room has small controls for curtains, lights, etc. just like the Shenkeng Hotel. The twin room has two 1.35 beds. If you change it to a 1.5 or a 1.2, it would be more suitable. After all, it is a resort hotel rather than a business hotel. The mattress is not an independent spring, so I am easily affected by any movement from the person next to me. I called room service to ask for a different pillow, but the front desk answered the call. I was told that the only two types of pillows were on the bed. After sleeping for two days in a row, my neck is now stiff and painful, and I can't sleep until 3:30 in the morning. Other hotels have memory pillows, why doesn’t this one have them? The bathroom is large, with a bathtub and wet and dry separation, but the partitions are all glass, making it inconvenient to wash and wash at the same time. There is a ceiling spray, so why is the shower head next to it so high? Visually, it's two meters, which is not friendly to children. The water temperature adjustment range was very small. I was about to be scalded to death. I didn’t dare to wash my face. When I washed my hair, I thought of how when I was a kid, I saw chickens being slaughtered in the market and using boiling water to remove their hair. I was so scared. After washing in a hurry, I found that my fingers were all red. The floor tiles were not slippery and I almost slipped and fell. The bathroom is so big, but there isn't even a hook to hang a bathrobe. Although the toiletries are not of a certain brand, they feel good when used. The breakfast is good. The food has changed slightly after staying for two consecutive days, not much, but it has Chinese and Western styles. The taste is basically OK, and the main focus is low price and good quality. The package includes afternoon tea for two people, which consists of two drinks + two pieces of cake or snack platter, which is not bad. People usually have afternoon tea in the executive lounge. His home is in the club on the basement floor. Next to it is a simple children's playground. The swimming pool and gym are also on this floor. The swimming pool is not at a constant temperature. My child went in and tried it, and it was freezing to death. No wonder there's no one inside! I changed to this hotel specifically for the swimming pool. I had known it would not be as good as the outdoor one. I'm curious, why is this swimming pool open? How many days a year can the basement and normal-temperature swimming pool, which never see the light of day, be used by ordinary people? The parking lot may be on the ground, so it is convenient for self-driving. It is very close to Daqi Mountain. You can drive there for a few minutes. This hotel gives me the feeling that it has started but ended, as if the developer has suddenly ”lost his fortune”. It smells like a small family. The swimming pool is not willing to be heated, and the pillows are not willing to be prepared. It is a pity~

The staple food has to wait for a long time. There is nothing to eat at 9:30. I asked for leek fried dumplings and a waiter didn't want to give them to us... The quality of the waiters needs to be improved. In addition, the hot water for bathing is too cold. The bathtub is wasted. It is less than 40 degrees and it is impossible to soak.
