The first room we checked in was a bit run down with several cracks on the marble top of the sink. Another room was only available several hours later. The front desk staff, in particular Lulu, was quite helpful and attentive. The place is very beautifull the hotel vibe is really nice no cap i feel like am in a fantesy the hotel room is clean fr . I dont wanna leave plus they are all very kind and helpfull the hotel also have a tea garden u can have a tea party in !!! . the park/ forest the hotel is in ,passed the vibe check there is alot to discover in the forest insects animals like squerls we deff like squerles ! Because the kid was filming the day before and would be much later than expected, we called the hotel in advance to postpone our check-in for one day, and the hotel agreed very humanely. Thank you so much! The hotel environment is really good, on the top of the mountain, breathing oxygen every day! The room decoration is a bit old, a bit shabby, but it does not affect the check-in. All the hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! Any problems can be solved in time! Very comfortable! Because it is on the top of the mountain, the hotel restaurant is naturally the first choice. I was not satisfied with the dishes on the first day, but they were solved in time and actively. On the second night, the kids were tired from playing and said they would still eat at the hotel. They ordered a few best-selling dishes. To be honest, it seems that the specialty dishes are still good. So, if you don’t want to step on thunder, just order the hot-selling ones! ps: The air conditioner in the room is really noisy! There are a lot of mosquitoes. The kid got a bite on his face on the last night, and it is still red and swollen! So, everyone must pay attention to mosquito repellent, it’s November weather! Overall, three days and two nights, it’s still a comfortable short-term escape~

B&B is a B&B, but it is managed by a star-rated hotel, which is surprising. There are a total of 6 villas with more than 30 rooms. The natural environment is very good and surrounded by bamboo forests. We live on the second floor balcony with a great view. The food is exquisite and the service is very good. We have to make reservations for lunch and dinner earlier. We went directly to the restaurant to eat twice when we came back late. When we went late, we found that there were not many dishes, but all of them were delicious. All CDs . The housekeeper said that because the ingredients are purchased according to the order on the same day and will not be overnight, there is basically no surplus. There are two swimming pools where the kids had a great time, and they ordered baked pizza in advance, and made it in the coffee shop. The three-sided glass has a great view. The butler made it with the children. This is the first time I have seen this chic little oven. The freshly baked pizza is delicious, and the ice cream is very milky, so you must eat one. There is a small gate in the hotel that leads to the creek, with a suspension bridge, which can be concave. Shuangxi Rafting is within walking distance, and the children had a great time by kayaking. In the evening, we didn’t make an appointment for the hotel’s camping barbecue. We ordered a takeaway barbecue when we saw people grilling and were too hungry. After the takeaway was delivered, the little brother at the front desk sent us the room immediately, and it was super warm against the clock. A perfect trip! Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiao Chen who baked pizza with his children, and the housekeeper Jingzhe who brought us supper at night. They are caring and warm, and the service is in place. With this group of lovely young people who are full of enthusiasm for their work, the hotel will definitely get better and better. We look forward to our next encounter.

The front desk service attitude is very good, the service is a plus. The hygiene is OK, the chaise longue is quite comfortable, the surrounding area is also quite convenient, the hygiene is still OK, and the hot water in the shower room is very fast.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Line1 Metro station, which means very easy to travel.The room itself was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a modern standard, the bathroom was really nice. Great breakfast for a good start in the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, particularly appreciate Zoey's service, catered to any requests I had! Great cost performance,I would definitely stay again.

The location was beautiful - beautiful views and lots of tea around! Everyone was helpful and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very traditional Chinese. The location was difficult to get or from via Didi during peak times. We were able to make it work though. The A/C wasn't turned on yet so it was warm in the room if windows were closed. If windows were open, it was very noisy starting at about 5:00 am. All-in-all, it was a nice trip in a beautiful location.
