The location is relatively remote, in the new district, but it is very popular. The front desk upgraded the executive suite. Because I was not satisfied with the smell, the front desk manager Xiao Wu quickly adjusted the account and explained the service. The attitude was good, and I gave it a thumbs up. Zhejiang New Century is a well-known brand, and the hotel is cost-effective, and this one is no exception. The room view, facilities and hygiene are very good. The hotel is enthusiastic and proactive in serving guests. Fruits are also delivered in the evening when staying in the hotel. Parking is convenient and free. It's a really good experience.

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

Let me talk about the advantages first: the room has a high floor (lived on the 27th floor), the view is good, you can overlook the mountains outside the window, get up in the morning and look at the top of the mountain. The picture is the night view outside the window at night. The room is large, the bathroom is large, there is a bathtub and shower room. Ask the front desk for a disposable bathtub cover, and the children take a bath and play in the water. There is a swimming pool and gym upstairs, but we didn't bring a swimsuit and didn't go. There is a fish pond at the entrance of the hotel. You can feed the fish when you wait for the car. The online car-hailing is very good and it comes very quickly. TV programs do not have to pay. Good service, front desk, room service, breakfast restaurant service are very good. Personally feel that there is room for improvement: the hotel does not have a self-service laundry room, and there is a paid laundry service. This is not convenient. It may be because the five-star hotel is forced there? The faucet in the bathroom is hot and cold two knobs, it is not convenient to use, it is difficult to twist the soap on the hand, this design is not good

This hotel is a hidden gem..we went to hangzhou for our daughter’s birthday and stayed here for 3 days.. They gave us a room upgrade to a family room,they even surprised us with a birthday cake and a toy for my daughter.. The breakfast is also very good,lots of western options too..they have a play area for kids which is amazing! Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!
