I don’t even know where to begin… everything about this hotel was wonderful. A huge thank you to the staff ( who fyi are so friendly and helpful with many of the staff able to speak English ). Hangzhou is beautiful and one of the iconic more peaceful locations to stay in is the XiXi wetlands. The hotel was stunning and so great for a four star could be mistaken for a five star easily. You ideally would need a car but I didn’t mind ordering DiDi’s also the staff can drop you to a metro station where you are connected to the rest of Hangzhou. I really loved my stay and a huge thank you again to the amazing staff they really made my stay a memorable one 🫶

I booked Mercure Hotel for a business trip on the weekend. Overall, the flaws outweigh the merits. I usually have a shallow sleep when staying in a hotel, but I had a good rest this time. It was a satisfactory experience. 🛏️Facilities: This is the only thing I am not satisfied with. The screen lock is broken. Although I closed the window, it has not been repaired, which is really not right; the light above the toilet sink is broken, maybe I did not find the switch. 🧹Hygiene: Not bad, all aspects of hygiene are maintained. 🌳Environment: Right next to Xixi Wetland, the environment is good; close to the subway, convenient transportation; but there are some flaws. Although I got up early in the morning, it is still very unreasonable to hear the sound of decoration downstairs at more than 7 o'clock. I hope it can be improved in the future. 👨🏻🍳Service: The attitude of the front desk is great. After communication, they helped to postpone the check-out time; the brother delivered the takeaway to the door in time, and the robot delivered the meal very quickly; the cleaning aunt also greeted when she met in the morning.

Location is good, bit away from city center, but worked fine for us. Rooms were clean. Many breakfast options were available. Hotel had late checkout option which was helpful. Staff was very welcoming & supportive. Overall ticked everything for us.

The hotel is close to Xixi Wetland, and the air is pleasant. It is not far from the subway station, and the transportation is very convenient. Recommended. . Facilities: The hotel is still very new, and the room is very beautiful. Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: The surrounding environment is simply amazing. The weather was very good when I went there, and it was very beautiful. The hotel is in the park, and it is so pleasant to take a walk in the garden. Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions. Super loving!!!

Is so beautiful and peaceful 🥰 🛏️ bed is comfortable and have two types of pillows (soft and meddle soft). The view for the room is so nice, so green, you feel like you are in other place 💁🏻♂️staff are very helpful and friendly 🏯 near for a different highlight and easy to choose 🚲 or 🚕

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. The B&B is very unique, and each room has a different style. We stayed in the Huagang Guanyu twin room, which is antique and has the charm of Hangzhou. The room in the mountain is very clean and not damp at all. The landlady did a very good job in setting up the small yard. It’s so beautiful, the fish are fat and big, and there are all kinds of flowers, plants, and green plants that make people feel relaxed and happy ~ The most important thing is that the location is excellent, very close to Lingyin Temple, it only takes 5 minutes to get there, after shopping, you can come back and rest 😴 Hahaha ~ The service provided by the boss and the lady boss is really good, and the chat with the travel guide is very good👍The suggestions given are also very reasonable, which is great ~ I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

It is good to look around because it is near a wetland. There is a restaurant nearby and a nice course for a walk. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is cozy. It is nice because it is located in a place that is not crowded. You can run the washing machine. The dryer is not cleaned. The sound insulation is not soundproof, so the sound of words and doors closing in the hallway is severe. Earplugs are absolutely necessary.

The hotel is a little hidden in the wild. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room overlook a lotus pond, and the scenery is in full view. It is also very convenient to enter and exit the Xixi Wetland, but there are too many mosquitoes in summer. I was bitten a lot after walking around in it. The hotel's breakfast is a set meal system, which is a thumbs up. Not only can you eat a variety of varieties, but it can also avoid food waste, which is much better than the buffet in star-rated hotels.

It was a fantastic stay at Banyan tree at Hangzhou. This was my second time here and the staffs here were super friendly. Loved the ambience and gardening, although the amenities are a little bit dated
