Haoyi Hotel(Hangzhou West Lake Southern Song Yujie store)

首先謝謝攜程的服務，及時為我退款止損。但是攜程我相信也不是乾淨的，回想之所以定這家酒店攜程在搜尋頁面上是有力推的，還有這個評分絕對是很有水分的。 作為一名遊客，我對杭州之行非常愉悦滿意，唯獨這家酒店，是行程中唯一敗筆。 可惜不能打0分，不然我給這家酒店打0分。從大學到工作十幾年，這應該是我住過的最差酒店。 建議大家分別用“隔音”、“味”這兩個關鍵字搜尋評價裏，會發現我指出的問題不是我遇到的個案。 酒店照片拍的無比寬敞明亮，實際上我住的“零壓”大床房衹留下走路的過道，非常逼仄壓抑。 我對快捷酒店定位就是乾淨、隔音，但這家酒店兩項都非常不合格。 這家酒店想突出設計感，色調黑暗系。但是設計感是以乾淨、整潔和更高要求的質感。酒店各種細節反而突顯了臟和差，比如燈光下的污漬、掉漆斑駁的電吹風、黏糊糊的地板。 1.臟 （1）地板 地板就是穿一次性拖鞋踩在地板上有黏糊糊的感覺，那個感覺就像你家很久沒拖地。自己在家裡都難以忍受，人在旅途更加難忍。 （2）水杯 我從來不用酒店衞生間的水杯，但不代表我不在乎水杯乾凈與否。由於水杯水漬太明顯我拿起來發現水杯杯口連客人的牙膏漬都沒擦掉！ （3）衞生巾 馬桶地板連接處會滲水發黴，你很難避開視線。 2.臭。衞生巾馬桶會散發出一股腐爛的味道，不是很濃但難以忽略。評論裏很多人都反應這個問題。 3.隔音。這是最最最致命的問題！我隔壁住的是一對情侶（幸好當晚也沒有發齣電視裏那類聲音），男的咳嗽你都聽的清清楚楚，兩人聊天你都聽的清楚聲量，衹是不清楚具體內容，搬椅子，掉遙控器都聽的清清楚楚。我懷疑牆板是用木板做的，這説法一點不誇張。我經過其他房間時，裏面的聲音我在外面也是聽的很清楚的，所以隔音肯定不是我遇到的個例。 按理説酒店隔音不是應該更好才對嗎，這種酒店讓人怎麼睡呢？評價4.7分實在令人匪夷所思，這次我又增加了篩選酒店的技能，一定要用關鍵詞。 後面我換了保俶路的漢庭酒店，可以説同樣的價位天差地別，房間非常寬敞還有小客廳，隔音超好，大家可以去看看。住在那邊離斷橋、保俶塔、少年宮（有直達靈隱的公交專線）、武林夜市都很近，對初次杭州遊的人來説基本滿足需求。其實杭州景點都集中在西湖一帶，打車方便便宜，沒太必要住在地鐵附近。換了酒店後那是身心舒暢啊！

Good location, clean, convenient to travel around. Just maybe soundproof not that good can hear guest next door haha...

The receptionists were really helpful. They helped us to call Didi cab services. The location is near to the metro, use the Exit D. The line goes straight to the airport. Very convenient.

New hotel located at a very convenient location. Easy and short walk to the MRT, and about 10 minutes to Hefang street. The room has ample space and the big bed is comfortable. However, when I checked in, the room floor was a little sticky, and I had to clean it myself. Otherwise, this hotel is good - friendly staff, easy check in etc.

Central location and easy access to metro station and plenty of food around the area. Friendly reception and always ready to help. Only down side is that they do not have a fridge in the room but you can utilise the common fridge in the lobby.

great location. just 10 minutes walk to metro station. 15 minutes walk to He Fang Street great for shopping souvenirs, local snacks, try local food. will stay here again when i return for a visit.

The location of this hotel is really good because it is very near the subway. The nearest subway is line 1 which is a direct line to the airport, railway east station and west lake. The room is generally clean and service staff are friendly and helpful. The soundproofing is not good and I was unlucky to have a neighbour that spoke so loudly at night. I called the front desk to assist as it was already 2 am and my neighbours were still talking non stop. The staff was very apologetic and immediately went to their room to speak to them. The soundproofing is not the best but they try their best to make things better so I’m happy with the service.

Front desk is nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. You can even ask front desk to keep your luggage after you check out. Will book again if I come to Hangzhou.

Check in counter was open even at 12am. Front counter staff was friendly, and check in process was quite fast. Room was of decent size for 3 pax. Although there was not much space to walk after opening 3 medium to large luggage. Room was slightly dusty and there was only 2 towels even though I booked the room for 3 pax. So we had to call front desk daily to get 1 extra set of towel everyday. Room cleaning was done daily. Beware that the toilet wall is made of glass with a translucent centre, it is slightly see through but there was a curtain on one side to cover but the side with the door doesn’t have anything to cover. Stayed at level 3, there was window in the room but no view of the outside as there were pillars right outside of it. There’s a bar just beside the hotel that opens till late, and a family mart opposite the hotel. The street that hotel is located has multiple other hotels and inn, with some cafe and shops along the road. The street can be quite quiet late at night. Hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Xihu (beware of a number of underground walkways along the walk there), just 5 minutes to HeFangJie. Nearest metro station is DingAn Road, Exit D has escalator if you have heavy luggage.
