Booked this hotel for ~ 3 nights - arrived on wed night, flew off on sun night.
Upgraded to their lake view suite which was perfect since I was working remotely.
Most hotel staff aren't as willing to help except for this lady whose name is Feng Lin. Cleaning staff are very nice though, ensuring your stay is comfy.
Beware of this uncle (not very tall) who is crazily just pushing tour packages to you. I find that irritating and he does not stop even after you decline him. Suggest that the hotel sends him for some basic etiquette classes.
Advice for new travellers: if you intend to just spend time by the west lake, then perhaps get a hotel right beside the lake.

Location is good, Laundry is helpful, Shower water is good,
Bad things :
a) CLoths hangers not available in bathrooms / toilet
b) Light Switches are not friendly

Great location close to West lake, ideal rooms , large and comfortable.
Great breakfast .
Noted refurbishment going on but no issues to guests, would stay again and recommend.

Took the Suite room at level 11. Rooms from level 13 are marketed as "Lake View", but in reality the hotel is very far from the West Lake.
Hotel staff is courteous and friendly. Room is clean. Hotel is near to many eateries.

This was such a modern clean and great hotel. I was very impressed with how modern and clean it was. The location is slightly further from the busier street but i would highly recommend to others. Great price for the quality and comfort of the room.

Hotel is near to many food options. The room is generally clean except for the mini desks which had rust stains on the floor when I moved the desks. Some hiccups during check-in as the hotel changed policy when Asian Games was near and could only accept locals. But hotel could still accommodate us when we arrived.

I recently stayed at Crystal Orange Hotel West Lake Hangzhou and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds and a good range of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.
