The hotel is nice on its own. But please do not book the rowing boat high tea there. They do not even serve tea despite being a high tea ride. And charges 888rmb. Superb ridiculous. Overall the high tea was a total ripped off by such reputable hotel.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful and the food was nothing but delicious. The outdoor pool is a heavenly place, so peaceful and quiet. We’ll definitely come back!

Wonderful location and nice room but the trip was completely ruined by the noise that did not let us sleep. Rooms are not sound proof, from the bed you can hear every noise from the corridor and even from other rooms, and we were woken up by the noise of cleaning at 8am. Reception staff was not kind and helpful and is not prepared to deal with international guests

客房區只有四棟四層高的建築，只有四十多間客房，體量小的好處是酒店區域內都很幽靜，配合滿園春色，很適合躺屍。離煩囂的西溪濕地景區步行可及，又偏安一隅。
套房都在1樓和頂層5樓，而2樓和3樓都是非套房。我自己會更喜歡1樓庭院套房。今次訂的是隱溪庭院套房B，我又想離河邊近一點，於是酒店安排了這間直通碼頭的3103蘭庭，除了庭院有八人桌外，還可以在躺椅看著船走船泊。還有一間書房/和室，同樣也適合對著碼頭發呆。
整體的服務也非常在線，響應速度都很快，特別是客戶服務的Teamo值得點讚。期待九月柿子成熟的季節再來發現一個不一樣的木守西溪。

酒店設計超級漂亮 簡約自然 小而精緻 房間很大 每個房間都有很大的陽台 睡醒就是滿眼樹木
服務人員都很友善 有求必應 特別感謝管家金波 回答很專業響應很及時 酒店的餐廳也很好吃！一定要試試
是個避世休閑的好酒店！

入住3個晚上，酒店周邊的環境空氣清新，風景優美，如詩如畫，在西溪濕地景區裏面，是休閑度假放鬆親近大自然的好去處，酒店和房間佈局的整體設計也是非常棒的。前台客服熱情大方，接待員和門前站崗的服務員以及餐廳裏的工作人員服務態度好，都很熱心值得點贊。特別是Juan 尹雪娟總是面帶微笑，服務細心周到，讓人感到無比舒心，值得表揚。唯一需要改進一下房間裏的櫃子少一些，價格上呢有些小貴其它沒有不足呦。
