We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful and the food was nothing but delicious. The outdoor pool is a heavenly place, so peaceful and quiet. We’ll definitely come back!

Wonderful location and nice room but the trip was completely ruined by the noise that did not let us sleep. Rooms are not sound proof, from the bed you can hear every noise from the corridor and even from other rooms, and we were woken up by the noise of cleaning at 8am. Reception staff was not kind and helpful and is not prepared to deal with international guests

客房區只有四棟四層高的建築，只有四十多間客房，體量小的好處是酒店區域內都很幽靜，配合滿園春色，很適合躺屍。離煩囂的西溪濕地景區步行可及，又偏安一隅。
套房都在1樓和頂層5樓，而2樓和3樓都是非套房。我自己會更喜歡1樓庭院套房。今次訂的是隱溪庭院套房B，我又想離河邊近一點，於是酒店安排了這間直通碼頭的3103蘭庭，除了庭院有八人桌外，還可以在躺椅看著船走船泊。還有一間書房/和室，同樣也適合對著碼頭發呆。
整體的服務也非常在線，響應速度都很快，特別是客戶服務的Teamo值得點讚。期待九月柿子成熟的季節再來發現一個不一樣的木守西溪。

設計師酒店就是很養眼 環境很好 被大自然包裹 小雨紛紛的杭州才是真正的杭州 坐在陽台上感受雨中清新的夾帶植物的氣息 或是坐在榻榻米上靜靜的看書 都是一種享受 酒店的早餐很不錯 品類不多品質卻很好 離今夕共西溪很近 可以去看演出 馬路對面有山姆 感謝teamo的服務 可惜沒有坐酒店的搖櫓船 留個念想下次再來

這不是第一次住在木守酒店了，基本核心的三類房型都都住過了，酒店就在西溪濕地公園內，生態空間得天獨厚！餐食也非常好，酒店的所有服務人員都非常細緻，尤其保潔阿姨們，無論是白天打掃還是開夜床服務期間，都非常細緻，每天更換歡迎水果，minibar隨時更新的及時等，都能看得出在客房服務方面的細緻，唯一不足是前台稍顯經驗不足，幾位小男孩還明顯缺少服務意識，還需要進一步優化調整，跟之前的一批前台服務人員相比，差距很大，前台畢竟是一個酒店的門面，前台接待的女士都非常好，熱情細膩有經驗，希望木守越來越好🍅🍅🍅🌻🌻🌻

特別好的酒店，tina熱情細緻，微信回覆特別快，能滿足的要求都很快滿足。酒店所處西溪濕地景區，環境一等一的好説，每天早上都被小鳥叫醒，榻榻米適合孩子在上面玩耍，滾啊滾啊滾的，總之很開心。
