All the staff are super warm, happy to help, and great to chat with.
Location is close enough to the West lake/Tiger Garden/Longjing Village without being too close to the crowded area.
Would definitely recommend anyone new to Hangzhou to stay here.

Overall, the place is ok, nice and clean. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
However, I expected to see the view of Xihu but it doesn't close to the Xihu that much.
And obe of our room is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. So, if you book the room, you need to check whether you need to carry how much stuff to which floor.

住宿條件非常棒，尤其是家庭套房，都是大床，特別適合帶孩子。老闆服務特別周到，臨走的時候居然都送到馬路邊。尤其這個早餐很棒，很好吃，營養還很均衡，可惜沒拍下來。住宿這個位置就在景區裏面，早晨出門就可以看到各種景色。
最棒的是家庭房還有個大露台，可以悠閑散漫的坐在那裡欣賞美景。

目的地是安吉所以衹是短暫的住了一晚，長者從未來過杭州所以提前詢問了他的想法，他想去靈隱寺，所以找了周邊以及臨近民宿，最後選了這兒，果然沒讓我失望。門口有盛開的花，屋裡也是乾淨整潔，民宿老闆提前跟我們提前聯繫報備了車牌，還會耐心的跟我們講遊玩路線，因我們詢問了推薦晚餐地點，便在我們外出的路上推薦給我好幾個讓我們考慮，真的讓我們感覺到了回家的感覺，如果有機會下次還會再來。

最大的優點就是地理位置和環境，三台夢跡、天香法雨就在附近，步行3分鐘就能看見湖水，去雷峯塔和花港觀魚也不遠，如果趕上雨天，不管是白天還是晚上，都會讓人驚喜。房間大小和隔音不要有太高期望，沒有電梯，民宿嘛，硬件肯定是等級沒那麼高，但裝修的品味還不錯，尤其表揚一樓吃早餐和寄存行李的房間，如果一家人能在裏面吃上一頓早餐，幸福感拉滿。做早餐的阿姨人很好，手藝也不錯，種類雖然不能跟酒店比豐富，但很用心，味道都不錯，10塊錢一位非常驚喜，走過路過不容錯過。另外工作人員貌似有三位，值晚班的姑娘很好，另一位1號當天穿灰色衣服的態度不太友好，退房後來取寄存行李，想讓兩個學齡前小朋友在一樓洗手間洗個手，趕上她正在裏面洗衣服，等了好久，而且全程一句話都沒有，對孩子對客人完全無視，我覺得如果她是老闆，就感謝員工吧，如果她是員工，老闆，加強下培訓吧。

我們的航班取消改簽後多住一晚換了個房間出門玩前把行李交給小姐姐回來後已經幫我們把行李提上樓放進房間裏😊

比預想的還好，很乾凈也很方便，山裡空氣好環境好，套房可以看到山，超級治癒，一家三口超級適合，店裡的早飯一定要吃，我覺得很好吃，而且服務很好，小姐姐們很耐心也很有親和力，開心，下次還要來～
