The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is good, very warm. When I checked in, I helped make coffee. The facilities were very complete, there were robots to deliver goods, gyms, washing machines. The room was clean and tidy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, smart toilets, curtains were automatically opened, the living was very comfortable, the surrounding was quite quiet without whistles, there was free parking, it was recommended to stay.

The room is small and the soundproofing is not good. The sound from the corridor can be heard directly in the room. I was woken up several times in the morning. The window cannot be closed tightly due to the design, so some wind and sound will leak in. The main thing is that the sound from the corridor is very obvious in the room. The restaurant is quite small. It is quite close to the Internet celebrity restaurant.

The location is about 800m from Hangzhoudong station, so you should consider if you want to walk from to the hotel from the station. I was offered a room with full of smoking smell but was changed to a non-smoking room after my request. The room is full of sunlight. The laundry service is a highlight as my clothes were folded after the dryer by staff. The breakfast is mediocre. Staff are friendly and supportive.

The size of the hotel room is still OK, that is, the facilities are relatively old, because the street is not the main road, so it is still relatively clean, the service can be, and there is a problem that can be responded immediately. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Broken Bridge of West Lake, and a little further from the subway, 10 minutes by bike and 20 minutes on foot. The hotel entrance is very quiet and soundproof. I slept well in the past three days. The bed is not too soft, I like a harder bed. The room faces south and the sun is very bright during the day. What impressed me most was that the front desk, the cleaning staff and the restaurant service ladies were all very nice, attentive and thoughtful, and the items were replenished in a timely manner every day. The room is on the second floor and there is no elevator, but it doesn't affect anything. There is a small bar on the second floor with a good environment. The breakfast is very rich, with freshly cooked noodles and various staple foods, side dishes and drinks. I like this store very much.
