We stayed 3 nights here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress and pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep in, we couldn’t get full rested nights of sleep for all 3 nights and had neck aches the next morning. Besides that, the location can be pretty far so it would be ideal to get a local driver’s contact who can pick and drop you but at a higher price than Grab. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the pool was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

The boss is very enthusiastic and responsive. The restaurant food is also great. My son said that he would take the egg fried rice there home. We are accompanying the family. The boss also helped us contact the intermediary to find a room. It was great.

If you love nature, this place is more suitable than the hotels in the city. There is no noise from the airport, no noisy streets, only the leisurely fields, birds singing and flowers blooming. It is more convenient to go to Doi Inthanon and Doi Suthep than to stay in a hotel in the city. It was Christmas and New Year's Eve when I checked in, and it was particularly difficult to find a chartered car to Doi Inthanon. The female boss at the front desk who could speak Chinese (it seemed to be) kept helping me call and find a chartered car driver. She was very patient. I took my kids and mom to spend the weekend there. It happened to be Mother's Day, and the hotel sent a bouquet of flowers very considerately. The breakfast was very rich, with a menu to choose from, and you can freely mix and match your favorite food. The merchant service was very considerate, and they also provided free pick-up and drop-off to the elephant farm near the hotel!

Max is the best owner you can ever find! He goes above and beyond for all his customers. Although location is a little far from city, therefore, occasional difficulty getting a Grab but Max will be there to save the day by helping us arrange transportation. Wifi wasn’t the best from our room but overall had a very pleasant stay!

Good location with someone who doesn't like chaotically and on the mountain with a shady atmosphere. Good reception. The owner is very kind. They can recommend you if u want to visit some places. The room is clean and big room.

The hotel probably knew better days before COVID, and it is in need of some polishing. There is a road curving around the hotel but at least from where my house was located, I could not really hear any traffic. The village is very local, with great little eateries that serve delicious cheap meals. The Viewpoint in the 6fh floor of the main building indeed has a great view! Lady at the reception can speak a little English, and she helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport.
