"Nice place to stay. Was quiet, clean, and the owner was very friendly. Not too bad of a price this time of year. They do require $100 deposit that is refunded if there is no damage to the room. All rooms are no smoking, which is nice. Definitely recommend if you're in Hampton."

"The front desk person who checked us in was not very friendly,did not give us any information about the hotel.We stayed three nights and no room service whatsoever our trash was never emptied had to take our own trash to the dumpster never had fresh towels brought in . Only saving grace with this hotel was the complimentary breakfast very tasty and a lot of different choices and the staff there was very friendly and attentive."

"Took my son and his friends here for his 11th birthday and he had a blast. My only complaint is that the pool was so small. Breakfast was phenomenal though with a big selection so all the kids were able to find things they liked. Overall we would stay again. The staff was amazing and super helpful with any requests we had."

This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with Heat and AC home has been newly updated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12-15 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. Situated on a cul de sac it offers privacy and a peaceful time yet it is easily accessed from the main road, avoiding busy traffic on the way in or out. A 3 minute walk and you touch the soft sand of the long stretch of Hampton beach and the board walk. There is private parking for up to three vehicles, offering convenience and hassle-free easy travel, a rare find in Hampton Beach. Please note, due to snow accumulation in winter months, parking may be limited to only one or two vehicles. Please check send a message first if booking during snowy winter months if you’re concerned about parking or need more than one space.
This well maintained two story home has living space perfect for family gatherings, abundant natural light, three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, with comfortable beds and premium mattresses, two full big size bathrooms and laundry with detergent provided. Each bedroom has temperature control and a/c units. Linens, towels, beach essentials including chairs, beach towels, and rolling cooler are also provided for the guests. Beach yogis will enjoy yoga on the provided yoga mat, during the rising sun, breathing in the ocean air. Starter paper goods, coffee, hot chocolate and spice rack are also made available to guests.

Bike rentals are only 10 minute walk from the house on Ashworth ave. Bike or drive on Ocean Blvd to Rye, Odiorne state park with its trails and ocean vistas. You can start your morning by brewing a fresh cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise on the porch. Come home from a long day at the beach to rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower. Then, cozy in and relax in the living room while watching your favorite movie on the Smart TV or gather friends to play a card game on the porch.
Cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker.
