I booked one night in this hotel. Upon arrival, met with a wonderful receptionist Sami who offered me welcome drink and a place of Tunisian dessert. He upgraded my room to a suite for free. Well, the room or now the suite is so nice and big. A/C is not working. Went down to the reception and asked to fix the A/C and got the answer that it’s not working in the whole property for maintenance. Went outside to buy a bottle of water because I lack it in the room. Tried one hour to struggle with the weather and later on, decided to change the hotel. Again went down asking Sami to find me any solution or I have to leave with bad feelings. Such a gentleman, he upgraded me again to a bungalow, means additional kitchen and balcony. Wow, at last I can open the room door and the balcony door so as to get better. Breakfast is so simple. Location is great, few minutes from the beach. What I like in there is the great staff and the location of the hotel. Please you have to inform your customers about any maintenance in advance but don’t let them be in.
