Great soundproofing, you cannot hear anything in the room which was lovely. The location is perfect for a night or 2 en route to Niagara Falls. Our room was on the ground floor.
The room had almost everything you need - no kettle though. The shower wasn't particularly powerful either and no bath. We tried to order room service a few times but no one answered the phone, so we went to Moxies, the food was good but I didn't feel particularly comfortable with the service there.
Walmart and McDonald's is just across the road which was great.
I'd say all in all, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Clean, conveniently located off QEW with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Free self parking. Two restaurants on site (one is 24 hours) and helpful staff (George at front desk).

We have stayed st the Sandman a number of times now in the past few months and have always enjoyed being there. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is convenient to stores, restaurants and especially the highways for travelling. Best place ever.

Price was great, clean, loved the Dennys and Moxies attatched. Beds blankets could have been thicker and pillows better, but overall a great place to stay! Would recommend to anyone!

After midnight they closed the lobby and they don't allow them to sit on the chairs at the entrance. I don't see this well since in winter you can't go out for a long time to the outside area of the hotel to make a call by cell phone

The pool and the hot tub kids loved it but one thing, people take their time to complain but never for compliments “Keisha “ I am so sorry if I spelled it wrong, you were an Angel late night at the front desk who helped welcome me and my wife and kids in a very sweet manner I was all at ease after a long ride thank you guys .
