Great location, arrived Tuesday afternoon for Graduation Ceremony at Waikato University, had dinner 5 doors down, perfect for our plans, great room, clean, comfortable, we booked the family suite, road noise wasn't a major problem, hotel car park was convenient, overall, good value for money.

Hotel/Motel that goes the extra mile. Lots of extras. We stayed in a King Spa Room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality linen. Real coffee and a coffee press in the room. Reclining chairs to watch TV. Quiet at night. Located outside of the main downtown area, but a short drive by car. Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this motel.

It is by the river, the environment is very good, there are free parking spaces by the river, but the number is limited. If you can't find a free parking space, you can choose valet parking. Disadvantages: There are urine stains on the toilet seat.
