Curringa Farm

This is a farm stay and understandably the location will not be the most convenient. However the cottage was well equiped. They even provided us with pasta, rice, olive oil, cereal and milk, on top of the usual coffee and tea. Overall the farm experience was great with close encounters to farm animals.

Beautifully designed and appointed cottages taking in panoramic views on a working family farm. We were only able to stay 1 night so we will have to come back to stay longer and do the farm tour.

這個農場非常大，check in後開到房間還有2、3公里，要翻過小山，裝修風格很現代，設施很好，2卧室房也有2個衞生間，就是吃飯不太方便

Spent two amazing nights at the Wombat Den Cottage. Set in the rolling hills of a large working farm. The views from the lounge, bedrooms and front decking were spectacular. We drove to Lake St Claire and back easily on our full day at the cottage. The cottage was spacious, modern and really comfortable. Food supplies were very generous as was our warm welcome. I have already recommended the property to friends and family who may head to Tassie. I can't wait to return !!!

I highly recommend the Curringa Farms for your hotel accomodations in the Mount Field National Park area. We enjoyed two nights at Curringa Farms, staying in the Wombat two-bedroom cottage. Don't let the word cottage conjure up an older building, these cottages are very modern and up-to-date and have a very spacious and comfortable central living area that includes a kitchen. One bedroom had a King bed and the other had two twin beds. This is a fantastic setup for a family with children. Each bedroom has its own facilites, including shower. Our cottage had a washer and a drying rack which is a big benefit after hiking around the Park all day. A bonus feature was the large deck with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the scenic, peaceful countryside views. Curringa also has several studio cottages for those that need just one bedroom. Our tour group had dinner at the on-side restaurant both nights we stayed and beer and wine was also available for purchase. The kitchen in our cottage was stocked with eggs, bacon, cereals, bread, coffee for breakfast if you have time to take advantage before you head out in the morning. The property is quite big and we hiked around the trails in the evening which is something you can't do very often when you are traveling. Lastly, I left my backpack in our cabin the day we left and we were at least a 100km away before I realized it and they were kind enough to mail it to me at my hotel in Sydney. That was a lifesaver for me as it had all my camera gear in it! That's 5-star service!
