"I initially thought there wouldn't be any parking, but upon arrival I discovered the hotel has its own L-shaped parking lot behind the building, with a turnstile at the entrance. The receptionist and security guards were very friendly. We arrived late and left early, and didn't find it noisy or poorly soundproofed. The room facilities were excellent, but there was no hot water or heating, so we didn't get to take a shower. Since we arrived so late, we didn't bother changing rooms. About two kilometers south of the hotel is the area where most of Hami's attractions are located, including museums, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, the Hui King's Palace, and the Hui King's Mausoleum, all within a short distance. There's also free parking and charging stations at the museum."

"這次哈密之行最幸運的決定，就是選擇了西遇酒店！從下車那一刻就感受到了滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐提前主動聯繫確認行程，房間比預期更驚喜，衞生做得超到位，，毛巾浴巾潔白無異味，連洗漱台都收拾得一塵不染，完全沒有後顧之憂。住得既舒心又方便。最打動我的是細節——我們坐火車是17:00的火車，老闆主動給我們一行五人預留了好幾個小時，讓我們在酒店休息。真的讓我們不遠千里從河南來到哈密，讓我們非常感動…酒店位置也超讚，離高鐵站不遠，步行就能到周邊的夜市和燒烤店，晚上吃完美味的羊肉串散步回來特別愜意。早餐更是誠意滿滿，不僅有現煮的清湯牛肉麪、純香牛奶，還有多種主食和小菜，營養又可口，完全能滿足早出發的旅途需求。全程服務都特別貼心，工作人員熱情又不刻意，會主動推薦本地性價比高的餐館，有任何需求都能及時響應，這種不打擾卻很周全的服務真的太加分了。性價比遠超預期，下次來哈密一定還住這裏！"

房間乾淨整潔，潔癖人士也能整晚安睡。雖然設施老舊，但是能感受到這家酒店在用心做服務，用心提升居住體驗。房間內基本全屋智能已經實現，非常便利。早餐非常豐盛，拉麪好吃，辣子有味兒。
入住之後，由於電視播放問題，聯繫前台。前台火速派6號樓9層一個妹子過來幫忙調試，後來又專門叫來工程人員解決問題，非常非常負責。特別要提的是妹子，知道我是杭州過去，考慮到天氣乾燥，專門幫我拿來一台加濕器，非常非常貼心。
非常不錯的居住體驗，下次再來哈密，還住這裏~"

The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. "We stayed 1 night on our train journey through Xinjiang. Given the spread out layout of Hami, it was reasonably close to the train station. The staff was very welcoming and check-in (for foreigners) relatively straightforward. Our room was very spacious and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom was also impeccable. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again."

"Come to Hami to play, staying at the Four Seasons Hotel is really suitable!
Hotel location is very convenient, not far from the road to the attractions, travel is super worry-free. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was soft, and after visiting the sea road and Barry's grassland, I could take a hot bath and sleep well. It was really healing. The front desk lady also enthusiastically recommended us delicious local roast buns and hand-caught rice, which helped us avoid a lot of pits.
