"I initially thought there wouldn't be any parking, but upon arrival I discovered the hotel has its own L-shaped parking lot behind the building, with a turnstile at the entrance. The receptionist and security guards were very friendly. We arrived late and left early, and didn't find it noisy or poorly soundproofed. The room facilities were excellent, but there was no hot water or heating, so we didn't get to take a shower. Since we arrived so late, we didn't bother changing rooms. About two kilometers south of the hotel is the area where most of Hami's attractions are located, including museums, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, the Hui King's Palace, and the Hui King's Mausoleum, all within a short distance. There's also free parking and charging stations at the museum."

"We had a good time at the hotel, the room was very large and spacious and the staff are very friendly. They brought fresh fruit to us and supplied lots of filtered water. The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you."

"The hotel staff is very friendly. Some could speak a little English during the check in process. We were told that the room has no windows before we saw it. The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. "這次哈密之行最幸運的決定，就是選擇了西遇酒店！從下車那一刻就感受到了滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐提前主動聯繫確認行程，房間比預期更驚喜，衞生做得超到位，，毛巾浴巾潔白無異味，連洗漱台都收拾得一塵不染，完全沒有後顧之憂。住得既舒心又方便。最打動我的是細節——我們坐火車是17:00的火車，老闆主動給我們一行五人預留了好幾個小時，讓我們在酒店休息。真的讓我們不遠千里從河南來到哈密，讓我們非常感動…酒店位置也超讚，離高鐵站不遠，步行就能到周邊的夜市和燒烤店，晚上吃完美味的羊肉串散步回來特別愜意。早餐更是誠意滿滿，不僅有現煮的清湯牛肉麪、純香牛奶，還有多種主食和小菜，營養又可口，完全能滿足早出發的旅途需求。全程服務都特別貼心，工作人員熱情又不刻意，會主動推薦本地性價比高的餐館，有任何需求都能及時響應，這種不打擾卻很周全的服務真的太加分了。性價比遠超預期，下次來哈密一定還住這裏！"
