Super Lage, 10 min zu Fuß zum HBF. Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer. Doch zwei Sachen zu bemängeln, auf der Seite wo ich gebucht habe, stand 14 Uhr Check-In Zeit, also waren wir 14 Uhr da und wollten einchecken, dann hieß es erst ab 15 Uhr, sonst würden 15€ Gebühr anfallen. Zweiter Punkt: die Toilette ist zwar schön modern eingerichtet, allerdings hat die Tür kein Schloß zum abschließen und diese ist milchig, also nicht ganz blickdicht. Außerdem gibt es keine Lüftung in der Toilette, was schon sehr unangenehm ist, wenn man zu zweit in dem Zimmer ist. Im Ganzen aber ein Hotel was ich nur empfehlen kann, vor allem vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

In February, I stayed 2 nights at this hotel with my family before the cruise. We booked a family room and were a little surprised by its size (quite small). The first evening we arrived at the hotel where we were greeted by a receptionist who spoke almost no English. We gave her a prepaid voucher and waited. It took a long time for us to be accommodated, the receptionist didn't talk to us. After a while she said that we have to pay the city tax. We said OK and after the calculations of the receptionist we paid 1,5 euro. We specifically asked if it was the total amount or per night and the receptionist told us that it was the total amount. The next day we went out to visit the city, but when we returned to the hotel she informed us that there was a problem with the local city tax and that we had to pay a difference of 1,72 euro. Unfortunately, we again encountered the problem of the English language. The extremely unpleasant surprise was when we received another access card, a sign that our access to the room had been cut off because of this difference. I believe that it was not our fault that the receptionist miscalculated and did not know how to express itself in English. I have traveled quite a lot, but I have not yet found a hotel where the employee at the reception does not speak English at all and the tourist is "punished" because of a mistake made by the staff. Otherwise, the hotel was OK: good location, clean room, varied breakfast.

Good location 10-15 mints walk from the main station. Rooms are clean and neat. We were disappointed with the beddings as we booked a family room and expected the PI standard of having 1 double bed + 2 twins! The team are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was alright.

Modern hotel will all that the traveller expects. We stayed 6 nights here and had no external noise at all. Room comfortable and decent bathroom. Didn't partake in breakfasts so can't comment. S Bahn station Hammerbrook (City Sud) really close for those daytrips. Edeka, a supermarket not too far away for those provisions. The road outside the frontage is undergoing construction works so looks a bit rough and ready but creates no problems, Staff were friendly and professional.

Great business hotel, modern and fresh. Great reception, super friendly and fast. Good beds, bathroom very modern, WiFi flawless also for working on the Location quite central - SBahn station 10min. For me currently one of the best business hotels in Hamburg

Great location, quite area and supermarkets nearby (Edeka, Bundi Drogerie). One train stop (S-Bahn) from Hamburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Easy & quick check-in/ out. Friendly, smiley and helpful staff. Room is clean, comfortable bed with extra pillows plus blackout curtain. Room acoustic is perfect. Breakfast is good as standard but always available. Coffee is great, strong, warm (not too hot) to start a day.

Its a nice specious room to stay and the bathroom is also good enought. There was devil in the details which ruined the better picture of the place. Many stains in room , kind of moldy shower isolation, shower head destroyed , bleach stains on the carpet. Overall is a nice stay ....juts they should really care about the details.
