Alles im großen und ganzen super

We were on the road for 8 hours. When we arrived all we wanted was clean rooms and a good time for the family. We placed our luggages in the rooms. We asked for connected rooms as we have little children and we wanted the family to stay together. Unfortunately they were not understanding of the situation even though in our booking we mentioned connected rooms ONLY. Anyhow, we went for a meal and got changed to go for swimming as the kids needed a stretch. My husband and two kids (boy and girl) were going for the swim. They weren’t allowed to stay together as my 8 years old is too old for the men’s pool. They don’t have a family pool!!! On their website, they have a picture of a family in a pool together but in reality they had us separated. So another point for not being family friendly. We wanted to make the best of our stay. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes so we asked for it to be cleaned. No one showed up even though we called more than once. At 7pm we just gave up. We all stayed in one room and payed for the other room even though we couldn’t use it. I mentioned to the reception that I have allergies and can’t stay in a room with cigarettes smell. I don’t think it is fair we were charged for the room when it was not ready for us to use it and they won’t even come and check the room. I really don’t recommend this hotel for any family looking to have a good time “together”.

The Hilas Thermal Resort & Spa was an excellent experience. We stayed in the Terrace Room, which had an enormous balcony offering wonderful views. The room was beyond spacious and incredibly clean. The staff provided good service, particularly to me as an English speaker, and were happy to assist. Unfortunately, as we arrived very late in the evening we could not take advantage of the spa services, but the amenities looked incredible and I wish we had been able to stay longer. The hotel itself was easy to locate off a main highway using Google Maps. I recommend staying here.

Havuz bölümü 30 derece kış ayları biraz daha sıcak olsa iyi olur. Havuz bölümünde koruma amaçlı ve merdivenler ( Alüminyum ) bi tadilatının geçmesi lazım. Resepsiyonda bölgeye tanıtacak belge ve harita göremedim. Gezilecek ve görülecek bölgeler için. Tuvaletteki fırçalar değişse iyi olur. Yoksa gidilecek ve dinlenmek için güzel yer. Orada çalışan arkadaşlar birbirlerine karşı saygılı ve müşteriye hizmet sunum iyi idi. Ailece Tavsiye edilir . Tavsiye olarak Restoranin arka bölümüne şömine yapilirsa güzel bi atmosfer yaratir (klasik müzik eşliğinde) Bir dakine inşallah. Selamlar Özden

Everything was great about this hotel, except that if you are going for the indoor pools you should know that the men’s and women’s are separate. Our whole family couldn’t go into the pool together. But if the outside pool is open this isn’t an issue.

Water park was very fun for the kids. Room was comfortable and clean.

Good but far from the city

Superb

İki aile olarak gittik. Temizlik, Restoran, Kaydırakla Açık Havuzu ve Kapalı Havuzları çok çok iyiydi. Hizmetlerden yararlanırsanız çok iyi vakit geçireceğiniz muhakkak. Özellikle Selda ve Burcu Hanım ile Suat Bey olmak üzere çalışan arkadaşlar da çok ilgiliydi. Teşekkür ederiz.
