We arrived early and they were so kind and checked us in to our room, the beds and pillows are so comfortable, I have neck problems and I forgot to bring my own pillow so I was worried, I didn’t want to get out of bed so cozy!!

Pros and cons about this hotel
Pros:
Staff was very friendly, easy check in, easy parking and close to everything downtown (walking distance) and good breakfast, and we had a nice quiet stay.
Cons:
When walking into our room the bathroom didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all, no bath towels (had to call front desk and ask for some) empty tissue box, no extra toilet paper, hair in the shower still and the floor wasn’t clean.

The staff were very pleasant and cordial. We were on the 15th floor, so it was pretty quiet. The location was good for being able to access most of what we wanted to see in Downtown Halifax and the waterfront. Breakfast was adequate, but all egg dishes were rubbery.

Easy to get to, didn't realize that parking wasn't included which was inconvenient. The room was clean but rather bare bones and both electrical outlets in the bathroom didn't work. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was well supplied and the staff were very friendly and helpful
