Nice Hotel with spacious room and good location. Very kind staff at check in and very helpfull. Only dinner is a problem. Only one sea food restaurant availabe which is not good and the main restaurant is simply closed

Everything was good - satisfied.

The bathrobe was with dirty spots and it's wasn't pleasant to touch it, it wasn't soft and silky. There is just a little shampoo bottle (conditioner, shower gel) for 2 people in an expensive room. The blanket was thin. There were spots on the floor in a small bathroom. It was impossible to get rid of water in the bath. So if the cleaning staff couldn'tclean the bath afterwardsit means they were not trying to clean it at all. And the food we ordered disappointed us, the restaurant doesn't know anything about western food , I paid 40 yuan just for salad leaves instead of Caesar salad, steak was disgusting. The only thing I liked was the interior but it was just the first impression, by the end of staying in that hotel I was disappointed by the choice of this hotel on my special day. Moreover , they spoiled the impression about them even more by calling to us and saying that they can't clean something and we have to pay more, that tells me about a terrible cleaning service and an awful client service!

The hotel facilities look in average quite good, the rooms are large with comfortable beds, bathroom with bathtub, electrical curtains, several choices of pillows, quiet AC and temperature well controlled, coffee set, large choice of TV international channels. The buffet on the 1st floor is in the average, so many people for dinner and breakfast, difficult to get it well refurbished. The wifi speed could be improved. The staff is very helpful

Impressive room, delicious food, and very friendly and beautiful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, whether it’s business or pleasure.

差評給予4/5早上9:30在早餐檢票崗位上黑色制服的女士。真的有被噁心到，不確定是個人行為還是酒店這麼培訓的。已投訴。 - 早餐，除了非常不愉快匪夷所思的遭遇。其他可能節假日人非常多，9:30後入場菜品大多已空。 - Checkin 前台態度非常好 - 房間整體也滿意。衹是晚上洗澡水温很不理想偏冷，第二天早上明顯水温合適好多。另外洗漱用品各一小份沒有備用，對於家庭入住洗的有點尷尬。 - 泳池，帶孩子的家庭比較多。工作人員都比較熱情，有給救生圈等充氣。水温和室温還是低了點。 早餐的遭遇讓我對這家酒店無法有好印象。第一次來海鹽，點評上是比較好的酒店。沒試過其他酒店不能一概而論。
