Quang Thang Cat Ba Hotel

Tony was an absolutely fantastic host and went above and beyond for me. From recommending all the things to do in Cat Ba from best coffee to best food from best beach to best place for nightlife. He also rented me a motorbike for the 3 days I was there for a very cheap price. But the most telling moments were when I informed him I had unfortunately thrown up in the room due to some dodgy street food I hat eaten and requested some cleaning products so I could take care of the mess but Tony assured me it was not necessary and he would have someone take care of it for no extra charge. And lastly... I didn't arrive back to the hotel in time to make my bus to bring me back to Hanoi, Tony called the company and instructed them to stop where they were and drove me to the bus so that I could still get home. Thank you for everything Tony if I'm ever back in Cat Ba I will for sure be staying at your hotel again.

My wife and I had our 17 year old daughter travelling with us. We had a very large triple room on 5 th floor (there was an elevator). The room was clean and spacious and the air on and fan kept the temperature comfortable. We liked the firm beds and slept very well. The breakfast was ok - even though there was no choice at breakfast. Along with other reviews we followed Tony’s recommendations and enjoyed every one we tried. Stand out for us was Like Coffee and the view from the Flamingo Sky Bar.

our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel has a very good location, but what’s made our stay amazing was tony! He’s 100% dedicated to his guests, complying with all our requests and even predicting what we sometimes needed. Recommandations, laundry, rental, tony can do everything. He even led us to the bus station on his scooter without even us asking. You want an hotel in cat ba while having your mind in peace? Tony and his hotel are what you need !

The young manager here , Tony , is without doubt, the most helpful and kindest person I’ve dealt with in Vietnam. He organised everything for me : a very good boot tour, a bus ticket , local information etc and ensured best prices for me. Made life so easy. He has an exceptional future in tourism. As for the hotel: spacious , clean rooms with big beds and aircon and fans at very decent pricing. I very much recommend this place. You definitely feel you are being treated very well and fairly.

Rooms were spacious, clean and nice hot shower. We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night but the breakfast was good, location good, WiFi was good. beds are comfy and the owner was a lovely guy who was so helpful with booking boat tours and sorting bus to Ninh Binh when leaving. He also sends you itineraries and suggestions about restaurants, beaches and best places to visit etc.

Phòng đẹp, chủ khách sạn nhiệt tình, có nhiều dịch vụ, hỗ trợ đặt tour đi thăm vịnh. Khách sạn ở vị trí thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển. Nội thất đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ rộng rãi. Giá cả hợp lý phù hợp cho cả sinh viên nếu có tự đi du lịch

Ho soggiornato una notte, arrivando da Hanoi e prima di fare una crociera di 2 giorni. Camera ampia e pulita. Aria condizionata. Bagno in camera. Balconcino utile per chi fuma. A 8 minuti a piedi dal centro. Al ritorno si deve fare un pò di salita ma non impegnativa. Staff super gentile e disponibile. Io non ne ho usufruito ma si può acquistare sul posto la colazione. Consigliato.

Phòng mới khá đẹp, chủ nhà thân thiện và chuyến đi khá tuyệt vời. Tuy khách sạn không gần biển lắm nhưng cũng dễ đi lại và có thể thuê xe. Khách sạn có phục vụ ăn uống và nấu ăn khá ngon, có nhiều món hải sản tươi sống.
