Perfect location and amazing view. The curtain was broken, in the room and the balcony could do with some repairs to the flooring / more care towards the plants.

Somehow extra ordinary hotel in the beautiful pedestrian street. Nice big room but a bit humid. Beautiful view from the roof top terrace. Stairway / public area could be maintained better. No breakfast available but shops nearby (100-200m, Starbucks about 2 km away).

Booked for summer holiday. This location is amazing! So close to the bus stop and shop areas. Price was great, very clean and comfortable... they have a cool rooftop wheee you can enjoy the night or fly a drone! The paint in the entry is lovely and it’s no súper out of tune! Loved it!

Great Location right on the old town street. Old historical building and therefore shower took about 10 min. To get hot. However, it's an old building, so that's alright. What could have been better though is the cleanliness.

Pros: The hotel stuff was very nice and helpful, the building itself is interesting, it’s right in Zhongshan road which was convenient to explore haikou “old town”.
Cons: it was not clean, the room had weird smell ..

Nicely located in the centre of the pedestrian area of the old town. We stayed in a loft room in the ground floor. The room is rather dark due to the wall and trees in front of the window. It had been raining and there was water on the floor. However, the bed was comfortable though you could hear when people above you go to the toilet or have a shower. This hostel doesn’t provide any breakfast. There’s a bakery around the corner and Monet cafe where you can enjoy a cup if coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.
I think this accommodation is more than ok for its price. :)

Room was ok, location very good, building was nice (for people with big suitcases, no elevator!).
The hotel looked like it could use some dusting, cleaning forgot to empty the trash cans in our room, there was a diaper in it :(
